About Dr Elrashidy
I had rotator cuffs surgery by him 3 years ago he is perfect and I recommended to how have problems with shoulder check with him he is the best. I am doing very good with my shoulder, I’ll be appreciating him for ever.
While I was waiting for my x-rays before meeting with Dr. Elrashidy, there was such a fun a positive energy radiating from the employees. You could tell it is a fun place to work. Then Dr. Elrashidy came in the room and I could tell where the positive energy was coming from. Dr. Elrashidy explained what they saw in my x-rays, shared a variety of treatment options that I could choose that would best fit my lifestyle. I would easily recommend him to family and friends!
Dr Elrashidy is very personable. He took his time to actually draw what a meniscus looks like and where it goes and how it attaches and where I tore it. I've had 2 knee surgeries previously from a different doctor And that doctor would get irritated when I asked questions. I've had quite a few doctors that would get impatient so this is a very nice change And he changed my mind on what I thought most doctors were like..
I've gone to Dr. Elrashity for some time and I think he is very skilled engaging and enthusiastic- I work in a doctors office and know these qualities are rare but Dr. Elrashity has them all.! great orthopedist!! We highly recommend him! Robin Eisan
I recently tore my rotator cuff and was facing the option of living with it or having it repaired. I was originally advised by another physician to not have it repaired because he felt it wasn't repairable. Dr. Elrashidy, on the other hand, reviewed my MRIs and took a very consultative approach to reviewing results and recommendations on repairs using visual graphic images to explain the procedure and the importance of repair in laymans terms. The surgery went perfectly as advertised. Best part was it was the recovery was quick and surprisingly painless. Was able to start using my arm/shoulder within two months.
I had shoulder RC surgery on my right side. Dr Elrashidy did an excellent job. I had this same surgery to my left side three years ago w Kaiser and it was a horrible experience. Dr Elrashhidy guaranteed me it will be much easier and I will recover faster. I have to say, I'm three weeks out and in PT and I have so much motion and the experience has been exactly what he described. Big shout out to his team, his PA Dawn has been great, she explained everything and gave me pictures after so I can see exactly what he did during the surgery. His assistant Carmen is WONDERFUL... She's responsive, helpful and super understanding. Just a great experience all around. Thank you so much!
I have been a patient of Dr. Elrashidy for sometime now. He listens and is very caring and wants to know exactly what is going on with you. His Cortizone shots are painless and that’s the best part for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good knee surgeon.
If there were more then 5 stars I would have given them! I recently underwent a quadracept graft ACL surgery. Both Dr. Elrashidy and his staff were complete professionals with some of the best bed side manner I have ever witnessed in healthcare. At my first office visit, Dr. Elrashidy took his time explaining to me exactly what was injured and the steps he was going to take to fix my ACL injury. Post surgery he was attentive to all of my needs and concerns. I am back on duty working as a Firefighter. I would not consider going to another Orthopedic Surgeon. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough to Dr. Elrashidy and staff. Thank you!
Dr Hany Elrashidy After enduring knee pain that 9 months of physical therapy treatments could not completely cure, I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Elrashidy for help. He immediately ordered an MRI and determined that my stubborn knee pain was from a torn meniscus. He explained the physiology of the problem and why arthroscopic surgery was the best option. I was very hesitant to go through with it, especially during the pandemic, but Dr. Elrashidy walked me through the entire process, patiently answered all of my questions, and allayed my fears. He assured me that I would be in good hands. The surgery went well and I'm very satisfied with the results thus far. The advice Dr. Elrashidy has been giving me during my follow-up appointments is very helpful along with the post-op physical therapy he has prescribed. My knee is almost fully recovered, and progress seems to be in line with the time frame Dr. Elrashidy projected. I'm also very happy with the service I have received from the Golden State Orthopedics office staff. They are very helpful, caring, professional and efficient, just like Dr. Elrashidy.
Where to even begin! Long story short, I tore my meniscus while learning how to snowboard.. Lucky me, right?! Dr. Hany Elrashidy took such great care of me. I was so nervous as this was my first injury/ surgery.. Dr. Hany Elrashidy assured me and talked me through all the steps we were going to do to get me back walking, running and learning to snowboard again. Got an MRI done and we scheduled surgery. I knew healing was going to be tough for me but Dr. Hany helped me by going above and beyond. Did some physical therapy, some daily stretches to help with the healing. Not only did Dr. Hany take great care of me but, I didn't feel like I was just a "patient" to him and his team! I would definitely recommend Dr. Hany to anyone I know! Thank you Dr. Hany! (The patient who asked a million questions! Your staff will remember me.)
