GOLDEN STATE ORTHOPEDICS & SPINE TEXT MESSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: 9/1/2026

These Text Message Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern participation in Golden State Orthopedics & Spine’s SMS/MMS messaging program (the “Messaging Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Increase the speed and convenience of Golden State Orthopedics & Spine’s recruiting program by texting candidates directly using our HRIS system. This program provides a way to centralize candidate communications in a fast, compliant way.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

We will identify Golden State Orthopedics & Spine as the sender in messages (except in the context of an ongoing conversation thread where the sender is already clear).

2. CONSENT/OPT-IN

By providing your mobile number at the time of application, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Golden State Orthopedics & Spine at that number.

Consent is specific to Golden State Orthopedics & Spine and this Messaging Program and is not transferable.

You represent that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number you provide.

We maintain records of opt-in consent. If we do not send an initial message within a reasonable period after you opt in, we may reconfirm your consent in our first message.

3. COSTS

We do not charge for the Messaging Program, but message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

4. OPT-OUT

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You may also use other standard opt-out keywords such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.

After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

To opt back in (where available), reply START or follow the instructions provided.

6. PRIVACY; NO SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION FOR MARKETING

Your participation is subject to our SMS Privacy Policy
and (if applicable) our main Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

TWILIO CONTENT COLLECTION AND MONITORING (U.S. AND CANADA)

For messages sent to U.S. and Canadian phone numbers, Twilio (and similar providers) may collect and monitor message content to detect spam, fraudulent activity, and policy violations. By participating, you acknowledge this notice and consent to such processing for these purposes.

7. DELIVERY; CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device.

8. COMPLIANCE AND PROGRAM INTEGRITY

We will only send messages consistent with the opt-in you provided and applicable law.

We do not send content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited, and we do not attempt to evade carrier or platform filtering.

9. CHANGES OR TERMINATION

We may modify or discontinue the Messaging Program at any time.

We may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Golden State Orthopedics & Spine and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Messaging Program.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict of laws principles.
