Dr Peatman has been wonderful. At this point before he reduces his schedule I would appreciate getting some new film and perhaps an MRI on my left hip and lower back area. The PT he authorized for me helped a great deal and into this new year I would like to return to it if possible. He has challenged me to make sure I do my own at home strengthening routine and since my husbands passing I think I can get back to it. I was never looking for a surgical fix, at least not now, he never pushed it but gave me tools to help myself for as long as possible.

Dr. Peatman - Is an exceptional Orthopedic Doctor. He was very thorough when he was treating me with a damaged shoulder. He is unparallel then any other Orthopedic Doctor that has treated me for a sports related injury. My injury was pretty extensive as it kept me from training for the Boston Marathon. I was treated by Doctor Peatman multiple times for my injury. I couldn't have asked for a better Orthopedic Doctor. I highly recommend him for your Orthopedic care.

I usually go to their San Ramon site but the appointment I wanted was only available at Dublin. Same doctor and staff which was great. Only negative of this place is it shares building with Sutter Palo Alto patients so if you don't get an early morning (before 9) appointment the parking lot fills up. There is valet parking free if you don't mind turning your car over.

I am 4 months post torn Achilles surgery and I am 90% ahead of where I should be as far as recovery, flexibility, strength. Although it takes 1 year to fully recover, I am off to a great start thanks to Dr. Ross Talarico from Golden State Orthopedics. Dr. Talarico was great. His surgical skills are top rate, he sets the right expectations, he is part of a team that has done this surgery for the Golden State Warriors, he has been friendly, professional and great to work with. Thanks much to Golden State Orthopedics and Dr. Talarico! I'm looking forward to getting back on the courts and I am right on track with my PT, recovery and strength thanks to Golden State Orthopedics in both Dublin and San Ramon, CA.

Dr Hasan has been great. As a dentist, I understand patient care, chair side manner, and thorough explanation of all the patient’s concerns. Dr. Pitcher has been my orthopedist for a couple of years, providing periodic injections in my non-dominant elbow (for arthritis) and shoulder (to lessen inflammation and pain until I can have surgery). Aside from these injections, I broke my non-dominant wrist playing pickle ball a few months ago, requiring surgical repair with a titanium plate and 10 screws. The surgery had me seeing Dr. Pitcher every couple of weeks for post-op follow-up, resulting in me getting to know him much better than when I was only seeing him every 3-4 months for injections. I’ve found him to be extremely attentive and accessible, which I’ve found to be quite refreshing. After the initial 4 weeks following surgery, he provided me with his personal cell number and asked that I check in and send photos every week via text, just so he can monitor better in between office visits. He responds to my texts immediately — in less than 1 minute — and even did so when he was on vacation in France! I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of personal engagement during my post-op recovery and I am extremely pleased with the health care he has provided me. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Pitcher!

Although it says "Webster Orthopedics" on the big glass doors , this is the same place as "Golden State Orthopedics & Spine", so that was tricky.
I was only here for an MRI. The staff was friendly enough, but I would've liked more instruction from the person doing the MRI, like "this is what we're going to do, the machine will make a lot of noise, be sure you don't move" etc. I've had MRIs before (but not on this part of the body) so I knew what to expect, but I imagine people unfamiliar with the process would be caught off guard and unprepared.

Dr. Hou is very caring and compassionate with his patients. He took ample time to examine my elderly mother, very patiently explained his diagnosis and treatment options to my mother and us, despite my mother’s multitude of queries. He has the patient’s best interest at heart making sure they don’t feel rushed. I had a knee surgery with Dr. Anthony Porter recently and I strongly recommend him. Due to my age, initially I had concerns about having the surgery. Dr Porter was very patient and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. He explained the procedure and the recovery process in detail and made me feel confident about the outcome. Dr. Austin Pitcher was an incredible doctor. My daughter broke her wrist and instead of the doctor just doing minimal work and allowing it to self heal risking any chance it could heal incorrectly, he did a surgery for my girl and made the smallest incisions keeping in my the scarring he made small incisions. He reassured me and dad every step of the way and made good on his word. My daughters wrist is back perfectly in place pain free and it’s all because of a great call from this outstanding Dr. Whom I highly recommend! PS. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hou at his
Dublin Office shortly after I called. Despite the excruciating pain in my right hip and leg, I drove the distance and he made it all worth it. He explained thoroughly and showed me on my x-rays the changes happening with my spine and discs, and the sciatica that was causing me to suffer. His helpful suggestions and physical therapy recommendation have eased the extensive pain significantly. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise, which also eased my mind.

Dr Wendy Wong did a great job with my knee replacement. The surgery went smooth, recovery went well and I was back golfing, skiing, and riding my bike in roughly 3 - 4 months. Dr Andrew Hou administered a cortisone shot to my hip. The procedure went so smoothly and I was in and out of the Fremont Surgery Center in no time. Dr Hou is very knowledgeable and patient. Hopefully this procedure will completely heal my sciatic nerve problem. I know Dr Hou will continue to monitor my condition and has my best interest at heart.

Dr. Wong has been keeping me functioning for at least 10 years, including a TkR in November 2019.
Dr. Wong listens to her patients and is very compassionate. Dr. Wong is a supremely competent surgeon. I would never consider another orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

I think Dr Hasan is an excellent surgeon and is extremely capable at performing challenging surgical procedures. My only demerit is not for anything connected with Dr Hasan but with the Golden State Orthopedic organization. I have had difficulty getting prescriptions refilled and getting calls returned.

I am much better since I came to see Dr Porter for my injuries in April 2022.. He listens to and understands his patient, the details of the symptoms and bases his plan of therapy on that and the range of tests. He is also, naturally, highly experienced not only at interpreting MRIs and X rays but also explaining them to the patient. He provides treatment options ranging in a typical case from physiotherapy and drugs to surgery,, which he adjusts according to the patient's preferences.

I went in to revisit a decades-old chronic neck pain that had never been addressed well in the past. Dr. Hou helped me identify the cause immediately and suggested a course of action along with additional options for the future. He was confident that we could achieve satisfactory results without surgery. It was the first time I felt pain-free in decades. He does a great job of listening and answering questions. A wonderful young PT gave me the name of a spine doctor she recommended after sessions related to sciatica. She wrote "Hasan" on a post-it and several months later I made an appointment after receiving an MRI and a few X-rays. Dr. Hasan patiently explained my options and gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan to consider. I was impressed with his detailed explanation, even demonstrating for me the ways in which I would become limited for a few months. I sought a second opinion and had additional X-rays taken (flexion and extension of my back) and when I received this doctor's treatment plan for a similar diagnosis I was alarmed. An intrusive surgery compared to a much less invasive one that Dr. Hasan had recommended. I made another appointment with Dr. Hasan and brought the additional X-rays and my husband to ask more questions. Even though I knew he was running late that morning, he gave us time to help me understand my options thoroughly and to describe in detail what he would do and what I might expect. After this second meeting I knew I could trust him and I could have faith that he would deliver the best outcome. Also his PA remained in the room with us even though she had explained the surgical procedure before his arrival. What I most appreciated was his evident expertise, the excellent communication that was evident when I called to schedule the appointments, the scheduler, and the friendliness of the front office. This is a PART 1 review....the second part will be sometime after my December surgery! I love to write a great review when it's deserved.

I have had two minor slipped discs (c5c6,L5s1) causing chronic pain for years that's only been getting worse. I saw three or four specialists without any answers before I got to Dr Hou.
Upon seeing Dr Hou, he pulled up my mri images and showed me *exactly* why I was feeling the pain I was having.
He's a very intelligent doctor who has a great attention to detail.
I'd recommend him to anyone I know with chronic pain.
I am still having symptoms from the two areas we treated, but I have a follow-up apt with him and complete faith that he and the physical therapy team at Golden State Orthopedics can get me back to my extremely active lifestyle again. I'm very thankful to have him as my doctor and the Golden State pt team involved in my care as well.

I injured my right foot on 10/31/2021. After determining the extent of my injury through a X-Ray abs MRI, Dr Talarico operated on my injured right foot on 11/12/2021 due to a Lisfranc injury. The screws and plate were removed from my right foot on 2/4/2022 and the stitches were removed on 2/16/2022. Webster Orthopedic took great care of me throughout the healing process. I am slowly able to walk on my own after not being able to put any weight on my injured right foot for over 3.5 months. Thank you Dr Talarico and Webster Orthopedic!

In my experience, it is rare to build relationships on a first name basis with your physician and staff, that show genuine care, go the extra mile, and do everything in their ability to support you for your issue, procedure, medication, and recovery. Fortunately for me, an active adult male who gets injured, this has been the bright part of sustaining injuries. Dr Hasan is warm empathetic and very Knowledgeable.
He did an L2-L-3 lumbar spinal fusion.
Thank God he was able to get me in quickly.
I had fallen off my bicycle silly me and missed the last two steps in my house.
Felt like I couldn't get comfortable sitting down, standing up , or sleep through the night. Numbness in the right leg feet. Urge to run to bathroom .
I was feverish with pain.
Their patient advocate Yolanda is very efficient set me up to get all the Pre op testing and my meds for after surgery.
Kyle & Rya are also great handling things like referrals to Medical support I needed . And answering questions.
Back pain is horrible .
I have complete confidence in Dr Saqib Hasan.

Finally had my shoulder replacement surgery on Aug 26. Have to say out of all the surgeries I have had which is multiple, this one caused me to be concerned. Shoulder replacement is no simple procedure.
Fortunately the nurses who got me ready for surgery were amazing. They helped me get over my anxiety and got me calm. (Wish I knew their names) The staff assured me I was in good hands with Dr Schwartz.
I had an over night stay at Valley Care Hospital which was also a good experience. Very friendly attentive staff.
As I am recovering, I feel lucky Dr Schwartz performed my surgery and was care for by his staff.

Saw Dr. Talarico for my injured foot. He and his team are awesome! I found him to be very knowledgable, realistic, and down to earth. Foot injuries are no fun and I wanted an honest and competent doctor. I believe that's that I got in Dr. Talarico. I recommend him if you need a good foot and ankle doc.
The front desk has always been friendly and kind. His medical assistant and back office staff are also very nice as was the MRI scheduler and technician.

Dr. Stuffman is my go to MD. He repaired a broken wrist for me and it's as good as new. Recently, he took care of a terribly painful, with rapid onset, trigger finger. He knows what to do. He is personable, caring and....qualified. I know first hand of medical schools like Stanford who crank out ppl who never would have been accepted in the past. Eventually, they are turned loose on an unsuspecting public. Stanford you say? Yes. The great Stanford and other med schools actually accept candidates who scored 20% on the MCAT. Rumor is the schools get gov $ for taking certain ppl. Then, these "candidates" are allowed to take the state boards in tiny spread out pieces after focused tutoring weeks apart! Because of this practice, I am very careful who I choose as my physician. Dr. Stuffman is beyond qualified and is confident enough to not have the god complex of many others in this profession. See what happened to the patients of the "MD" who got in ahead of Allen Bakke at UC Davis some years back. Tragic. Eric Stuffman....qualified...exceptional...orthopedic expert.

At the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown I tore my whole hamstring muscle group tendon completely off. Dr Steven Viess of Webster Orthopedics got me in to be seen quickly. The office is extremely Covid safe. He ordered an MRI on sight and got a quick surgery date. The procedure of reconnecting the tendon is difficult and involves working around the sciatic nerves. I had very little low grade pain and was referred to Webster's physical therapist Maggi Cary for Zoom visits. Maggi is very knowledgeable and provided me with a good regiment of exercise protocol. At six months out my leg is completely healed and I am hiking, swimming, biking, and carefully doing anything as normal. I am very great full and have the highest regard for Dr. Steven Veiss, orthopedic surgeon, and Maggie Cary, physical therapist, both of Webster Orthopedics.

I wanted to leave a Yelp for a couple of FANTASTIC representatives that greet me when I check-in at the 4000 Dublin Office.
I check-in with Rashele at the front concierge desk when first entering the office. Rashele is an incredible customer service professional. She greets me by name when she sees me and has the warmest welcome consistently. It's always so nice to see a genuine, kind and friendly face when visiting Dr. Viess's office. Rashele is a class-act!
In addition, another fantastic representative at the front Concierge check-in desk is Cornelius. A GREAT, warm, kind gentleman with an outstanding personality. He has always gone out of his way to acknowledge me and other patients that I've seen in the waiting room.
He adds a lot of kindness and care to the office.

I work in construction doing residential remodeling as a General Contractor owning my own business. So of course there is constant lifting and moving,grabbing, pulling. As a result my elbows have been bothering me for a year so I thought icing every night when I got home and wear compression sleeves at work thinking the pain would get better. Also tried a great chiropractor in pleasanton to see if it something they could do. I did some research on YELP and found WEBSTER ORTHOPEDICS. When I called the first time I was seen the same day. I saw Dr. Joseph Donnelly who I was very happy to meet. He listened to everything I had to say and recommend cortisone shots which I know of others that have got them and it helped them out with everyday life. Dr. Donnelly did do cortisone shots in both elbows and i feel great and I can work without being in pain all day. I would highly recommend Dr.Donnelly for any Pain in your body because there is different remedy's which will change your daily life. I can't thank Dr. Donnelly enough for how much he helped me out. I will be seeing him in the future for any needs regarding my joints.

A year and a half ago, I completely ruptured my left Achilles. Dr. Veiss and P.A., J. Labrum, did an outstanding job repairing the injury. The incision was stitched to perfection, leaving a very clean and aesthetic appearance.
Four months ago, the same team, along with Dr. Salyapong, reconstructed my right knee. Not only do I have more flexibility and ZERO pain now, the stitch-job was incredibly clean, again.

I have used Webster Orthopedics for several years. I've had 43 or more surgeries and Dr Salusgonpse did, 4 or 5 (
Syne more) regardless, I Highly reckoned him great energy, compassion empathy, and GREAT OITCO
OUTCOMES (that is what is all about now isn't it?) I've read people give poor scores because of a receptionist or billing, whatever. But I ask you what does that have to do with the surgeon? I can ALWAYS deal with paperwork or a grouchy desk person, but surgery is forever. I'm here to tell you if you meet a hip, knee or revision, don't sweat the office cuz it's ALL ABOUT THE DOCTOR, the bedside manner explaining the procedure, the ups downs and making one feel heard.
No worries about wanting a refund for poor out comes because there isn't any. (disclaimer:in as much as medicine is an ART and not a science and we (people) are all unique, don't let one outlier make you worried. Dr Salusgonpse is among the best. My mother-in-law used to tell me, Sam, you must remember that at least half of all doctors graduated on the bottom half of their class. The trick is finding the one that made it closer to the top. Dr. Salupongse is that person.

I used Webster Orthopedics because the surgeon I was visiting, Dr. Stuffman, is part of this group, and then following surgery I used Webster Hand Therapy almost twice a week for three months. Kerri was my therapist and she was very nice and did amazing things on my pinky (that's why I was operated on). It was frustrating to go to this therapy so often because I live in Union City and the drive was very unpredictable and stressful. I had just had a baby in the middle of May so I was also tackling a small baby and trying to make it there for my appointments. They were usually understanding of this. The other issue was the parking is always really full which is hard to believe because it's so big! Apparently there was free valet, but I didn't know that until my last few visits :( The hand therapy section of Webster was great. Very quiet, they had cool equipment and toys to use to get your range of motion and strength back. I also had a lot of swelling and was super happy when it finally started to go down. I would definitely recommend Kerri with hand therapy and am happy with my experience.
As for Dr. Stuffman, I also give him 5 stars, and here's my review for him:
I saw Dr. Stuffman for a pinky injury that happened almost 20 years ago when I was playing basketball. I continued to play basketball until about 5 years ago, so I never really thought about getting the injury fixed since it was usable and I could still play sports. But now that I don't play and the injury recently started bothering me (some pain, but mostly it started locking up and interfering with me using my dominant hand), I thought I'd try to see an orthopedic surgeon to see what my options are. I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Stuffman. Right off the bat he was super friendly, smart and down to earth. He heard my history and was ready with three different options for my situation and was very blunt about his expectations from each (which is exactly what I wanted!). I kind of thought I was going to need surgery and it turns out I was right. He explained the procedure, and bring an orthopedic nurse, I had a lot of questions for him to fully understand my options. From my stand point he had all the time in the world to answer my questions (which is really nice, because some doctors make you feel like you're a burden when you have questions!). He was thorough and did an ultrasound on my pinky while I was in the office for that visit. I also met his PA, Steve, who was also really nice and friendly. From there, we scheduled the surgery and that was the next time I saw him! The surgery center they use in Fremont is really nice. Top of the line equipment and rooms, nurses were so nice, it was awesome. I saw Dr. Stuffman before they took me to the operating room because he was the one administering the anesthetic. He was just as bubbly as he was the first time I saw him. My procedure required local anesthetic (in my hand) but I stay awake for the whole thing. Officially it's called a WALANT procedure. I was really looking forward to that and expressed to Dr. Stuffman that I would like to see my finger once they opened it to operate. He was totally obliging! He also recorded my finger before and after they "fixed" it and eventually sent me the video of this as well! I thought that was pretty cool. I know most people don't want to see something like that, but I did, and it was great that he made it happen. The next two days I did feel quite a bit of pain, but I was given pain and nausea medication, and those took care of my during the recovery. I was scheduled for hand therapy, and that started about a week later. I saw Dr. Stuffman a few times during therapy and he was always ready to sit down and hear how I was doing. Now, my pinky is so much better than it was. There is a scar, but that'll go down over time, and I expected as much. It was very swollen in the beginning, for about the first few months, but now it looks pretty normal and similar to my other fingers. I highly recommend him! I even set my husband up with an appointment to have Dr. Stuffman look at his shoulder! He's somewhat of a miracle worker, so he might be able to work some magic for him as well!

I have been going to Webster Orthopedics since 2015 and have not experienced any negative feelings such as those who have written negative comments. I have seen and had surgeries with Dr. Donnelly and Dr. Stuffmann and both are A-ok with me. There have been a few times that I wished that I didn't have to wait so long, but unexpected things can happen in medical offices. There have been times when I have required a longer visit, which can put them behind. I always take a book to read to help pass the time.
I do not have any negative comments about the front office staff, at either the Dublin or San Ramon offices.

He's really an incredible person! I can back for my follow up and he even remembered my name! When you're in pain you feel lousy but when you interact with Cornelius he brightens your day!!

First of all, the gentleman in reception is a GREAT way to start the appointment. I had battled traffic and came in with my 3 kids in tow and his smile and demeanor were such a nice greeting :) We met with Dr. Demorest for my daughter and she was kind, thorough, great with my daughter, and answered all of my questions. I broke my clavicle in a bike accident. Needless to say, I needed an Orthopedic Doc. My experience with Dr.Elrashidy was very positive from initial contact to post operative care. The surgery went uneventful and as well as can be expected. I was informed of what all was to occur and felt like I was in good competant hands. Rich the assistant was also very friendly and helpful as well. I am about 4 weeks out and feel like I am coming along ahead of schedule. Dr. Steve Viess did my ACL reconstruction surgery earlier this month. I cannot recommend him enough. Being a bit of a 'wuss' patient, he completely understood the stress I was going through, was so kind, and explained everything in detail. I was nervous, but he made the whole experience a breeze. My recovery was miraculous....and I'm sure it was all because of Dr. Viess. A total professional...one of a kind. Oddly, he was my second opinion because I live out of the area. He found complications that my first doctor completely missed. It was an easy decision to make him my orthopedist. I highly recommend this doctor.

Had my right hip replaced by the skillful hands of Dr. Salyapongse in June 2017. I am 100% satisfied with the Doc and his staff. I have had many surgeries and experienced many complications in my life time so I was cautious to trust another doctor, but he listened and took action to ensure my safety. I have absolutely NO CLUE that these Star 1 highly negative Yelp reviewers went to the SAME Webster Orthopedics office that I WENT TO!! I found Dr.Hany Elrashidy to be highly professional, I received wonderful focus regarding my hips which were not responding to physical therapy. In addition, Dr. Elrashidy was caring, thoughtful, clearly intelligent, warm and had a welcome sense of humor. Dr. Elrashidy diagnosed me well as needing cortisone injections into my hips and I've not felt so good BEFORE I ever landed in physical therapy. I really enjoyed Dr. Elrashidy's staff - very friendly and they so clearly enjoy working in that office, ribbing each other playfully. I really loved the atmosphere of this office. Again, I have NO CLUE why others have had such a negative experience in this ortho office as MY experience could not have been more pleasant! I highly recommend Dr. Elrashidy!

I had a total right knee replacement. Prior to my surgery I wasn't able to walk or go up and down stairs without pain. My surgeon was Dr. Salyapongse. Dr. S did a phenomenal job. I used a walker for 5 days, used a cane for 5 days, and 10 days after surgery was walking without any aid. It's been 3 months with no issues. Dr. S's PA Robin was great as well. All my questions were addressed. The office staff provided great support as well. I've had friends and family have the same procedure from other physicians (outside the Webster Group) but with the opposite outcomes. I'd do it all over again without hesitation.

They were very helpful with getting my 99 year old grandma an appointment quickly to treat her fractured foot. Dr. Elrashidy was fantastic and a pleasure to meet. Being Injured gets harder to deal with as we age & adding the stress when your injured at work really compounds everything. Thank God there are still a few good honest Doctors that really understand this and take the best care & effort to get to the root of the injury & have the skills to correct the disability and at the same time making me feel at ease though out the process. Dr. Salyapongse is the very best knee doctor ever!!! He did my knee surgery 7 weeks ago and I can't believe how healed I am. My scar is next to nothing I don't know how he did it. He is professional and LISTENS to any concerns you might have. So many of my friends have had knee surgery without the good results I have I was apprehensive at first but decided to do it and am I ever glad. His assistant Robin is also first rate. My physician Dr. John Yee recommend him to me telling me how very good he was and he was right. I started to get cold feet and called his office with my concerns I spoke with Christy and she put to rest all my fears. When I was out shopping 3 days post surgery I mentioned I had total knee replacement and I had people who couldn't believe how good I was doing following me and asking me who my doctor was. Since my surgery I have spoken to others whose doctor was Salyapongse and they have told me how pleased they were. He meets with his pre-op, postj-op, and staff to ensure his patients will be well taken care of. All of the nurses at the hospital respect him greatly. You can't go wrong with this most wonderful Dr. Salyapongse. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Dr. Salyapongse. Today when you asked me what I did for such a speedy recovery I told you I did all my exercise and physical therapy but the real reason is that I chose you to be my doctor.

Dr. Peatman - Is an exceptional Orthopedic Doctor. He was very thorough when he was treating me with a damaged shoulder. He is unparallel then any other Orthopedic Doctor that has treated me for a sports related injury. My injury was pretty extensive as it kept me from training for the Boston Marathon. I was treated by Doctor Peatman multiple times for my injury. I couldn't have asked for a better Orthopedic Doctor. I highly recommend him for your Orthopedic care.

Dr Peatman listened and answered my questions.
I usually go to their San Ramon site but the appointment I wanted was only available at Dublin. Same doctor and staff which was great. Only negative of this place is it shares building with Sutter Palo Alto patients so if you don't get an early morning (before 9) appointment the parking lot fills up. There is valet parking free if you don't mind turning your car over.
I am 4 months post torn Achilles surgery and I am 90% ahead of where I should be as far as recovery, flexibility, strength. Although it takes 1 year to fully recover, I am off to a great start thanks to Dr. Ross Talarico from Golden State Orthopedics. Dr. Talarico was great. His surgical skills are top rate, he sets the right expectations, he is part of a team that has done this surgery for the Golden State Warriors, he has been friendly, professional and great to work with. Thanks much to Golden State Orthopedics and Dr. Talarico! I'm looking forward to getting back on the courts and I am right on track with my PT, recovery and strength thanks to Golden State Orthopedics in both Dublin and San Ramon, CA.

Dr Hasan has been great. As a dentist, I understand patient care, chair side manner, and thorough explanation of all the patient’s concerns. He gave me all the possible options I had for a severe pain in my neck. After getting a second opinion last month, I realized how efficient and thoughtful Dr Hasan and his Coordinator Yolanda were. My surgery is scheduled for January.

Dr. Pitcher has been my orthopedist for a couple of years, providing periodic injections in my non-dominant elbow (for arthritis) and shoulder (to lessen inflammation and pain until I can have surgery). Aside from these injections, I broke my non-dominant wrist playing pickle ball a few months ago, requiring surgical repair with a titanium plate and 10 screws. The surgery had me seeing Dr. Pitcher every couple of weeks for post-op follow-up, resulting in me getting to know him much better than when I was only seeing him every 3-4 months for injections. I’ve found him to be extremely attentive and accessible, which I’ve found to be quite refreshing. After the initial 4 weeks following surgery, he provided me with his personal cell number and asked that I check in and send photos every week via text, just so he can monitor better in between office visits. He responds to my texts immediately — in less than 1 minute — and even did so when he was on vacation in France! I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of personal engagement during my post-op recovery and I am extremely pleased with the health care he has provided me. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Pitcher!
Nice and friendly people
Although it says "Webster Orthopedics" on the big glass doors , this is the same place as "Golden State Orthopedics & Spine", so that was tricky. I was only here for an MRI. The staff was friendly enough, but I would've liked more instruction from the person doing the MRI, like "this is what we're going to do, the machine will make a lot of noise, be sure you don't move" etc. I've had MRIs before (but not on this part of the body) so I knew what to expect, but I imagine people unfamiliar with the process would be caught off guard and unprepared.
Dr. Hou is very caring and compassionate with his patients. He took ample time to examine my elderly mother, very patiently explained his diagnosis and treatment options to my mother and us, despite my mother’s multitude of queries. He has the patient’s best interest at heart making sure they don’t feel rushed. My mother (and we) absolutely loves Dr. Hou and his thorough bedside manner and we are very impressed with his professionalism and clinical judgment and procedural skills.

I had a knee surgery with Dr. Anthony Porter recently and I strongly recommend him. Due to my age, initially I had concerns about having the surgery. Dr Porter was very patient and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. He explained the procedure and the recovery process in detail and made me feel confident about the outcome. Dr. Austin Pitcher was an incredible doctor. My daughter broke her wrist and instead of the doctor just doing minimal work and allowing it to self heal risking any chance it could heal incorrectly, he did a surgery for my girl and made the smallest incisions keeping in my the scarring he made small incisions. He reassured me and dad every step of the way and made good on his word. My daughters wrist is back perfectly in place pain free and it’s all because of a great call from this outstanding Dr. Whom I highly recommend! PS. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hou at his Dublin Office shortly after I called. Despite the excruciating pain in my right hip and leg, I drove the distance and he made it all worth it. He explained thoroughly and showed me on my x-rays the changes happening with my spine and discs, and the sciatica that was causing me to suffer. His helpful suggestions and physical therapy recommendation have eased the extensive pain significantly. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise, which also eased my mind.

Dr Wendy Wong did a great job with my knee replacement. The surgery went smooth, recovery went well and I was back golfing, skiing, and riding my bike in roughly 3 - 4 months. Her staff was friendly and very supportive. I will be going back to her for my other knee at some point I’m sure…. Can’t say enough good things!

My appreciation for Dr. Swartz and Dr. Peatman getting me back to work. I had a lot damage to my nerves in my right arm and wrist and hand. Through a series of nerve blocks and repair and one shoulder orthoscopy I was good as new. I have had several orthopedic procedures over the years at Webster/Golden State medical. I have always found their staff to be very caring and thorough. In particular, Tad Schwartz has treated me for several arm and hand injuries and does an amazing job.
We went to see Dr. Austin Pitcher for a finger injury. He can as a referral from a friend and our experience was great. The visit was seamless and efficient. Answered our questions and concerns. Felt our needs were addressed accordingly.

Dr Andrew Hou administered a cortisone shot to my hip. The procedure went so smoothly and I was in and out of the Fremont Surgery Center in no time. Dr Hou is very knowledgeable and patient. Hopefully this procedure will completely heal my sciatic nerve problem. I know Dr Hou will continue to monitor my condition and has my best interest at heart.
Dr. Wong has been keeping me functioning for at least 10 years, including a TkR in November 2019. Dr. Wong listens to her patients and is very compassionate. Dr. Wong is a supremely competent surgeon. I would never consider another orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

I think Dr Hasan is an excellent surgeon and is extremely capable at performing challenging surgical procedures. My only demerit is not for anything connected with Dr Hasan but with the Golden State Orthopedic organization. I have had difficulty getting prescriptions refilled and getting calls returned.
Very pleased with professional mannerisms
I am much better since I came to see Dr Porter for my injuries in April 2022.. He listens to and understands his patient, the details of the symptoms and bases his plan of therapy on that and the range of tests. He is also, naturally, highly experienced not only at interpreting MRIs and X rays but also explaining them to the patient. He provides treatment options ranging in a typical case from physiotherapy and drugs to surgery,, which he adjusts according to the patient's preferences.
Dr. Talarico always is to front and honest and doesn't beat around the bush.

I went in to revisit a decades-old chronic neck pain that had never been addressed well in the past. Dr. Hou helped me identify the cause immediately and suggested a course of action along with additional options for the future. He was confident that we could achieve satisfactory results without surgery. It was the first time I felt pain-free in decades. He does a great job of listening and answering questions. I feel heard and am comfortable trusting his input. I will continue seeing Dr. Hou for all of my orthopedic needs.
Efficient friendly professional
A wonderful young PT gave me the name of a spine doctor she recommended after sessions related to sciatica. She wrote "Hasan" on a post-it and several months later I made an appointment after receiving an MRI and a few X-rays. Dr. Hasan patiently explained my options and gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan to consider. I was impressed with his detailed explanation, even demonstrating for me the ways in which I would become limited for a few months. I sought a second opinion and had additional X-rays taken (flexion and extension of my back) and when I received this doctor's treatment plan for a similar diagnosis I was alarmed. An intrusive surgery compared to a much less invasive one that Dr. Hasan had recommended. I made another appointment with Dr. Hasan and brought the additional X-rays and my husband to ask more questions. Even though I knew he was running late that morning, he gave us time to help me understand my options thoroughly and to describe in detail what he would do and what I might expect. After this second meeting I knew I could trust him and I could have faith that he would deliver the best outcome. Also his PA remained in the room with us even though she had explained the surgical procedure before his arrival. What I most appreciated was his evident expertise, the excellent communication that was evident when I called to schedule the appointments, the scheduler, and the friendliness of the front office. This is a PART 1 review....the second part will be sometime after my December surgery! I love to write a great review when it's deserved.

I have had two minor slipped discs (c5c6,L5s1) causing chronic pain for years that's only been getting worse. I saw three or four specialists without any answers before I got to Dr Hou. Upon seeing Dr Hou, he pulled up my mri images and showed me *exactly* why I was feeling the pain I was having. He's a very intelligent doctor who has a great attention to detail. I'd recommend him to anyone I know with chronic pain. I am still having symptoms from the two areas we treated, but I have a follow-up apt with him and complete faith that he and the physical therapy team at Golden State Orthopedics can get me back to my extremely active lifestyle again. I'm very thankful to have him as my doctor and the Golden State pt team involved in my care as well.
I see two orthopods at Golden State including Dr Austin Pitcher for my two elbows and wrists. He's punctual, got great bedside manner, and has helped me through a couple surgeries and new achy painies. I would recommend him all day long.

Such a great place. I personally see Dr. Porter. They have a great staff and really do a great job of getting you seen without having to wait forever. There will be a time here and there where you will have to wait a bit but they have a screen that tells you expected wait times. Pretty cool.

I injured my right foot on 10/31/2021. After determining the extent of my injury through a X-Ray abs MRI, Dr Talarico operated on my injured right foot on 11/12/2021 due to a Lisfranc injury. The screws and plate were removed from my right foot on 2/4/2022 and the stitches were removed on 2/16/2022. Webster Orthopedic took great care of me throughout the healing process. I am slowly able to walk on my own after not being able to put any weight on my injured right foot for over 3.5 months. Thank you Dr Talarico and Webster Orthopedic!

In my experience, it is rare to build relationships on a first name basis with your physician and staff, that show genuine care, go the extra mile, and do everything in their ability to support you for your issue, procedure, medication, and recovery. Fortunately for me, an active adult male who gets injured, this has been the bright part of sustaining injuries. While I don't look forward to going to the doctor in general, when I do have to see Dr. Elrashidy or his team, I know without hesitation that I'm going to have a great experience, and walk out with good direction and/or outcomes. Dr Hasan is warm empathetic and very Knowledgeable. He did an L2-L-3 lumbar spinal fusion. Thank God he was able to get me in quickly. I had fallen off my bicycle silly me and missed the last two steps in my house. Felt like I couldn't get comfortable sitting down, standing up , or sleep through the night. Numbness in the right leg feet. Urge to run to bathroom . I was feverish with pain. Their patient advocate Yolanda is very efficient set me up to get all the Pre op testing and my meds for after surgery. Kyle & Rya are also great handling things like referrals to Medical support I needed . And answering questions. Back pain is horrible . I have complete confidence in Dr Saqib Hasan.

He presented he plan of care which is to have x-ray, MRI and interventions. Within 1 day, diagnostics and interventions was done. Finally had my shoulder replacement surgery on Aug 26. Have to say out of all the surgeries I have had which is multiple, this one caused me to be concerned. Shoulder replacement is no simple procedure. Fortunately the nurses who got me ready for surgery were amazing. They helped me get over my anxiety and got me calm. (Wish I knew their names) The staff assured me I was in good hands with Dr Schwartz. I had an over night stay at Valley Care Hospital which was also a good experience. Very friendly attentive staff. As I am recovering, I feel lucky Dr Schwartz performed my surgery and was care for by his staff.
Saw Dr. Talarico for my injured foot. He and his team are awesome! I found him to be very knowledgable, realistic, and down to earth. Foot injuries are no fun and I wanted an honest and competent doctor. I believe that's that I got in Dr. Talarico. I recommend him if you need a good foot and ankle doc. The front desk has always been friendly and kind. His medical assistant and back office staff are also very nice as was the MRI scheduler and technician. I hope I don't injure myself again but if I do I'll head back here.

Dr. Stuffman is my go to MD. He repaired a broken wrist for me and it's as good as new. Recently, he took care of a terribly painful, with rapid onset, trigger finger. He knows what to do. He is personable, caring and....qualified. I know first hand of medical schools like Stanford who crank out ppl who never would have been accepted in the past. Eventually, they are turned loose on an unsuspecting public. Stanford you say? Yes. The great Stanford and other med schools actually accept candidates who scored 20% on the MCAT. Rumor is the schools get gov $ for taking certain ppl. Then, these "candidates" are allowed to take the state boards in tiny spread out pieces after focused tutoring weeks apart! Because of this practice, I am very careful who I choose as my physician. Dr. Stuffman is beyond qualified and is confident enough to not have the god complex of many others in this profession. See what happened to the patients of the "MD" who got in ahead of Allen Bakke at UC Davis some years back. Tragic. Eric Stuffman....qualified...exceptional...orthopedic expert.
I Broke my foot over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was sent to Dr. Talarico at Webster Orthopedics in Dublin. Office very kind and professional. Dr. Talarico provided me with excellent care, explained my injury in great detail. I was very happy with his care and would recommend this office to all. His staff was very efficient and helpful. At the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown I tore my whole hamstring muscle group tendon completely off. Dr Steven Viess of Webster Orthopedics got me in to be seen quickly. The office is extremely Covid safe. He ordered an MRI on sight and got a quick surgery date. The procedure of reconnecting the tendon is difficult and involves working around the sciatic nerves. I had very little low grade pain and was referred to Webster's physical therapist Maggi Cary for Zoom visits. Maggi is very knowledgeable and provided me with a good regiment of exercise protocol. At six months out my leg is completely healed and I am hiking, swimming, biking, and carefully doing anything as normal. I am very great full and have the highest regard for Dr. Steven Veiss, orthopedic surgeon, and Maggie Cary, physical therapist, both of Webster Orthopedics. Lawrence Cappuccio

I check-in with Rashele at the front concierge desk when first entering the office. Rashele is an incredible customer service professional. She greets me by name when she sees me and has the warmest welcome consistently. It's always so nice to see a genuine, kind and friendly face when visiting Dr. Viess's office. Rashele is a class-act! I work in construction doing residential remodeling as a General Contractor owning my own business. So of course there is constant lifting and moving,grabbing, pulling. As a result my elbows have been bothering me for a year so I thought icing every night when I got home and wear compression sleeves at work thinking the pain would get better. Also tried a great chiropractor in pleasanton to see if it something they could do. I did some research on YELP and found WEBSTER ORTHOPEDICS. When I called the first time I was seen the same day. I saw Dr. Joseph Donnelly who I was very happy to meet. He listened to everything I had to say and recommend cortisone shots which I know of others that have got them and it helped them out with everyday life. Dr. Donnelly did do cortisone shots in both elbows and i feel great and I can work without being in pain all day. I would highly recommend Dr.Donnelly for any Pain in your body because there is different remedy's which will change your daily life. I can't thank Dr. Donnelly enough for how much he helped me out. I have had total joint replacement done on both knees with Dr. Salyapongse at Webster Orthopedics in Dublin, surgeries done at Stanford ValleyCare. My experience has been excellent, very professional, competent, and friendly staff. They have the process well thought out and anticipate your needs. This doctor does many hips and knees every week. I highly recommend Dr. Salyapongse at Webster Orthopedics.
A year and a half ago, I completely ruptured my left Achilles. Dr. Veiss and P.A., J. Labrum, did an outstanding job repairing the injury. The incision was stitched to perfection, leaving a very clean and aesthetic appearance. Four months ago, the same team, along with Dr. Salyapong, reconstructed my right knee. Not only do I have more flexibility and ZERO pain now, the stitch-job was incredibly clean, again. Not only does my knee feel great but, my overall health has increased due to the high quality of service the Webster staff has provided me. I have used Webster Orthopedics for several years. I've had 43 or more surgeries and Dr Salusgonpse did, 4 or 5 ( Syne more) regardless, I Highly reckoned him great energy, compassion empathy, and GREAT OITCO OUTCOMES (that is what is all about now isn't it?) I've read people give poor scores because of a receptionist or billing, whatever. But I ask you what does that have to do with the surgeon? I can ALWAYS deal with paperwork or a grouchy desk person, but surgery is forever. I'm here to tell you if you meet a hip, knee or revision, don't sweat the office cuz it's ALL ABOUT THE DOCTOR, the bedside manner explaining the procedure, the ups downs and making one feel heard. No worries about wanting a refund for poor out comes because there isn't any. (disclaimer:in as much as medicine is an ART and not a science and we (people) are all unique, don't let one outlier make you worried. Dr Salusgonpse is among the best. My mother-in-law used to tell me, Sam, you must remember that at least half of all doctors graduated on the bottom half of their class. The trick is finding the one that made it closer to the top. Dr. Salupongse is that person.
I used Webster Orthopedics because the surgeon I was visiting, Dr. Stuffman, is part of this group, and then following surgery I used Webster Hand Therapy almost twice a week for three months. Kerri was my therapist and she was very nice and did amazing things on my pinky (that's why I was operated on). It was frustrating to go to this therapy so often because I live in Union City and the drive was very unpredictable and stressful. I had just had a baby in the middle of May so I was also tackling a small baby and trying to make it there for my appointments. They were usually understanding of this. The other issue was the parking is always really full which is hard to believe because it's so big! Apparently there was free valet, but I didn't know that until my last few visits :( The hand therapy section of Webster was great. Very quiet, they had cool equipment and toys to use to get your range of motion and strength back. I also had a lot of swelling and was super happy when it finally started to go down. I would definitely recommend Kerri with hand therapy and am happy with my experience. As for Dr. Stuffman, I also give him 5 stars, and here's my review for him: I saw Dr. Stuffman for a pinky injury that happened almost 20 years ago when I was playing basketball. I continued to play basketball until about 5 years ago, so I never really thought about getting the injury fixed since it was usable and I could still play sports. But now that I don't play and the injury recently started bothering me (some pain, but mostly it started locking up and interfering with me using my dominant hand), I thought I'd try to see an orthopedic surgeon to see what my options are. I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Stuffman. Right off the bat he was super friendly, smart and down to earth. He heard my history and was ready with three different options for my situation and was very blunt about his expectations from each (which is exactly what I wanted!). I kind of thought I was going to need surgery and it turns out I was right. He explained the procedure, and bring an orthopedic nurse, I had a lot of questions for him to fully understand my options. From my stand point he had all the time in the world to answer my questions (which is really nice, because some doctors make you feel like you're a burden when you have questions!). He was thorough and did an ultrasound on my pinky while I was in the office for that visit. I also met his PA, Steve, who was also really nice and friendly. From there, we scheduled the surgery and that was the next time I saw him! The surgery center they use in Fremont is really nice. Top of the line equipment and rooms, nurses were so nice, it was awesome. I saw Dr. Stuffman before they took me to the operating room because he was the one administering the anesthetic. He was just as bubbly as he was the first time I saw him. My procedure required local anesthetic (in my hand) but I stay awake for the whole thing. Officially it's called a WALANT procedure. I was really looking forward to that and expressed to Dr. Stuffman that I would like to see my finger once they opened it to operate. He was totally obliging! He also recorded my finger before and after they "fixed" it and eventually sent me the video of this as well! I thought that was pretty cool. I know most people don't want to see something like that, but I did, and it was great that he made it happen. The next two days I did feel quite a bit of pain, but I was given pain and nausea medication, and those took care of my during the recovery. I was scheduled for hand therapy, and that started about a week later. I saw Dr. Stuffman a few times during therapy and he was always ready to sit down and hear how I was doing. Now, my pinky is so much better than it was. There is a scar, but that'll go down over time, and I expected as much. It was very swollen in the beginning, for about the first few months, but now it looks pretty normal and similar to my other fingers. I highly recommend him! I even set my husband up with an appointment to have Dr. Stuffman look at his shoulder! He's somewhat of a miracle worker, so he might be able to work some magic for him as well!
I have been going to Webster Orthopedics since 2015 and have not experienced any negative feelings such as those who have written negative comments. I have seen and had surgeries with Dr. Donnelly and Dr. Stuffmann and both are A-ok with me. There have been a few times that I wished that I didn't have to wait so long, but unexpected things can happen in medical offices. There have been times when I have required a longer visit, which can put them behind. I always take a book to read to help pass the time. I do not have any negative comments about the front office staff, at either the Dublin or San Ramon offices.
Cornelius in the reception area is really very friendly and polite. He does his work with a smile and made me feel good about the day. I hope the office knows how lucky they are to have him working there! He's really an incredible person! I can back for my follow up and he even remembered my name! When you're in pain you feel lousy but when you interact with Cornelius he brightens your day!! I can't say enough good things about this incredible man! Please make sure to tell him what a special person he is in his annual review!! I've never experienced this sort of kindness in any reception area of a physician's office! Dr Veiss is great! He explains everything and answers all questions! Would highly recommend him
First of all, the gentleman in reception is a GREAT way to start the appointment. I had battled traffic and came in with my 3 kids in tow and his smile and demeanor were such a nice greeting :) We met with Dr. Demorest for my daughter and she was kind, thorough, great with my daughter, and answered all of my questions. The office is clean, bright, and really nice. I had a great experience.

I broke my clavicle in a bike accident. Needless to say, I needed an Orthopedic Doc. My experience with Dr.Elrashidy was very positive from initial contact to post operative care. The surgery went uneventful and as well as can be expected. I was informed of what all was to occur and felt like I was in good competant hands. Rich the assistant was also very friendly and helpful as well. I am about 4 weeks out and feel like I am coming along ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Elrashidy and his staff without hesitation. Thanks guys!!
Dr. Steve Viess did my ACL reconstruction surgery earlier this month. I cannot recommend him enough. Being a bit of a 'wuss' patient, he completely understood the stress I was going through, was so kind, and explained everything in detail. I was nervous, but he made the whole experience a breeze. My recovery was miraculous....and I'm sure it was all because of Dr. Viess. A total professional...one of a kind. Oddly, he was my second opinion because I live out of the area. He found complications that my first doctor completely missed. It was an easy decision to make him my orthopedist. I highly recommend this doctor.

Had my right hip replaced by the skillful hands of Dr. Salyapongse in June 2017. I am 100% satisfied with the Doc and his staff. I have had many surgeries and experienced many complications in my life time so I was cautious to trust another doctor, but he listened and took action to ensure my safety. My own GP gave him high ratings as did all the nurses I encountered along the surgery path ... they praised him for his respect shown to all of his staff and peers. Good job Doc and thank you!
I have absolutely NO CLUE that these Star 1 highly negative Yelp reviewers went to the SAME Webster Orthopedics office that I WENT TO!! I found Dr.Hany Elrashidy to be highly professional, I received wonderful focus regarding my hips which were not responding to physical therapy. In addition, Dr. Elrashidy was caring, thoughtful, clearly intelligent, warm and had a welcome sense of humor. Dr. Elrashidy diagnosed me well as needing cortisone injections into my hips and I've not felt so good BEFORE I ever landed in physical therapy. I really enjoyed Dr. Elrashidy's staff - very friendly and they so clearly enjoy working in that office, ribbing each other playfully. I really loved the atmosphere of this office. Again, I have NO CLUE why others have had such a negative experience in this ortho office as MY experience could not have been more pleasant! I highly recommend Dr. Elrashidy!
I had a total right knee replacement. Prior to my surgery I wasn't able to walk or go up and down stairs without pain. My surgeon was Dr. Salyapongse. Dr. S did a phenomenal job. I used a walker for 5 days, used a cane for 5 days, and 10 days after surgery was walking without any aid. It's been 3 months with no issues. Dr. S's PA Robin was great as well. All my questions were addressed. The office staff provided great support as well. I've had friends and family have the same procedure from other physicians (outside the Webster Group) but with the opposite outcomes. I'd do it all over again without hesitation.
They were very helpful with getting my 99 year old grandma an appointment quickly to treat her fractured foot. Dr. Elrashidy was fantastic and a pleasure to meet. He was very thorough and took the extra time to answer our questions and explained everything in a way that my grandmother understood. His medical assistants did a great job and were also very pleasant and thorough. The front desk staff and people working in this facility were very kind and professional. An all around A+++++ experience.
Being Injured gets harder to deal with as we age & adding the stress when your injured at work really compounds everything. Thank God there are still a few good honest Doctors that really understand this and take the best care & effort to get to the root of the injury & have the skills to correct the disability and at the same time making me feel at ease though out the process. You know the first moment you walk in that you are not just a # but a person that needs real help. And here you get that. At 62 and always had hard jobs my whole life it does take a toll on a person. It is humbling to have such a great team helping me when its needed most. Thank God Your here for us

Dr. Salyapongse is the very best knee doctor ever!!! He did my knee surgery 7 weeks ago and I can't believe how healed I am. My scar is next to nothing I don't know how he did it. He is professional and LISTENS to any concerns you might have. So many of my friends have had knee surgery without the good results I have I was apprehensive at first but decided to do it and am I ever glad. His assistant Robin is also first rate. My physician Dr. John Yee recommend him to me telling me how very good he was and he was right. I started to get cold feet and called his office with my concerns I spoke with Christy and she put to rest all my fears. When I was out shopping 3 days post surgery I mentioned I had total knee replacement and I had people who couldn't believe how good I was doing following me and asking me who my doctor was. Since my surgery I have spoken to others whose doctor was Salyapongse and they have told me how pleased they were. He meets with his pre-op, postj-op, and staff to ensure his patients will be well taken care of. All of the nurses at the hospital respect him greatly. You can't go wrong with this most wonderful Dr. Salyapongse. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Dr. Salyapongse. Today when you asked me what I did for such a speedy recovery I told you I did all my exercise and physical therapy but the real reason is that I chose you to be my doctor.
