I’ve been going here for a long while now due to a work injury the staff is friendly. The doctors are friendly and they take their time to listen to you. You just tell them what you’re going through what you’re feeling and they Will try their best to help you with whatever situation is going on. I’ve been coming here for a while now to where everyone’s just friendly, and I could just walk in talk crack some jokes with some of the employees and the doctors. Their establishment is very clean. They’re very consistent when it comes to booking your appointments and sending you reminders for your appointments.

Excellent doctor and entire staff! Only downside is that they are no longer in San Ramon and so far away in Dublin!!

I've had a couple successful surgeries on different joints by Dr Schwartz a few years back. I walked into the office.. no appointment, to order copies of my medical records. Jackie at the front desk was so helpful and friendly she made me feel welcomed and valued despite a line of people in front of her. She processed my request, I placed my order was out of their unbelievably fast. I just had to them a shout out. Thank you Dr Schwartz and Jackie! Always so professional

Dr. Schwartz is a top notch surgeon! I had shoulder surgery in September and it was a positive experience. All of my follow up visits have been great! He is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to my family friends and anyone else who is looking for an arm and hand orthopedic surgeon!

I had a full wrist Fusion and 3 surgeries with Dr. Schwartz and have been a patient for over 3 years. The work performed was outstanding his knowledge is second to none. The nurses and assistants have always been there to take care of anything I’ve needed and are very professional.

I've been seeing Dr. Schwartz for a while for a chronic condition. He is a wonderful and professional doctor. He is knowledgeable and straight forward and at the same time very pleasant. The staff is always nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz.

I went to Dr. Schwartz after seeing such good reviews. I had to have somebody in my insurance plan so I was very happy to find him. As a registered nurse and patient I was very impressed with the time he spent with me finding out my problem. He knew exactly what to do regarding my shoulder pain, and we have a plan that will also include next steps in the event my pain comes back. His office also runs very efficiently, and his staff are courteous and very organized.

Dr. Swartz is an amazing surgeon. He’s got me back to work twice after two shoulder injuries. Dr. Swartz is very professional and cares about his patients. I appreciate the board letting patients know if doctor is on time or running late. This gives you a choice of waiting or rescheduling. Never have I heard a mean or nasty comment from staff while waiting for my appointment to start. Everyone from front desk to leaving, always has a smile on their face & are very helpful. Dr Schwartz was amazing for my carpal tunnel surgery and every appointment leading up to. Very informative and the staff was just as amazing. I was literally in and out and felt immediate relief and feeling back in my hand that same night. My issue was severe due to a work related injury. Now I wish he could do my other hand. Two thumbs up in my book

Dr Schwartz became my doctor after a bad experience with a doctor who was not good for me. On my first visit he examined me and immediately found out that my shoulder was in bad shape. He requested the proper test and handled the situation with promptness and care. I am recovering well and I truly appreciate him. He is an awesome doctor and I will recommend him to anyone. He's the best!!!!

Dr. Schwartz is great!! The best!! He operated on me twice and everything feels great! Always punctual but i wouldnt mind if he came in late on the days i need an injection. They hurt, but i feel great after! I need a couple of other things fixed and i will be going to him for these. I highly recommend him and his staff is very friendly too.

I am seeing Dr John Schwartz Jr for a work comp injury on my upper extremities left side and my wrist and thumb. He's a very thorough doctor very nice and explains everything that can could or will be happening before during and after surgery. I'm grateful that he is the doctor that was chosen for me and I would highly recommend him. He doesn't just listen but he gets it.... then he takes care of it.

Was recommended to dr. Schwartz earlier this year for my thumb cmc joint issues, Dr. Schwartz was very methodical and clear in explaining what my options were going forward, anything from pain management to surgery. He was happy to answer all my questions, and I had quite a few! The best thing is that he didn’t want to jump straight to surgery which previous doctors did, he made sure I knew all the options available. So far I’ve been impressed with the level of care and concern shown by Dr. Schwartz. Would be happy to recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their cmc joint.

Dr J T Schwartz has been my surgeon to remove a precedent mucous cyst on my finger. He has also provided several choices for my shoulder injury from 1996. I chose physical therapy which has eliminated most of my shoulder pain. Dr Schwartz has been thorough in his evaluation for my recoveries. He is also very knowledgeable, caring and an enthusiastic surgeon. He has provided excellent care for me, and I'm thankful. I will continue to use him as my orthopedic surgeon!!

I have known Dr. Schwartz for about 10 years. He has taken care of me over this period of time. I have seen Dr. Schwartz on several occasions, and he is always been professional and efficient. Today, my visit was at the Webster office in San Ramon. On a prior visit he diagnosed an arm problem and performed elbow surgery for me. Afterwards, he recommended several weeks of arm therapy. Everything worked very well and I was very pleased. Of course, I still have three screws in my elbow, but that is normal, and I hardly ever notice. I now am more careful about riding my bike around railroad tracks. Today the doctor looked into a case of shoulder pain. Everyone was incredibly efficient and the doctor got to the bottom of the problem quite rapidly. This time, I don't need to get any screws put into body parts. It's just a minor thing called a spur I was treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Honestly, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Plus, they gave me a free Webster Orthopedics bag for being a good sport.

Having very active kids, I saw Dr. Schwartz several times. He is very knowledgable , professional and efficient. Dr. Schwartz goes straight to the point and doesn't waste your or his time. He is very detailed and explains the problem clearly by giving you all treatment options. My son had also a surgery for his fractured finger that went very well. Dr. Schwartz and his staff are caring and very accommodating ; they make sure that their patients are comfortable with the procedure and get the best care during and after the treatment. I trust Dr. Schwartz at Webster Orthopedic Center and highly recommend him for your orthopedic care.

After suffering for 5 days with a shattered arm as a result of a PG&E smart meter fire and not getting treatment at 2 local hospitals, Dr.Schwartz was the first Orthopedic doctor to respond to my needs. For the last year I have awoken everyday in gratitude to the doctor, and his assistant who put my arm back together, as I attempted, then partially succeeded, and now nearly completely, stretch to meet the day. I do not believe I would be alive today if he had not seen me, listened to me and treated me.. This was a lifetime first in my experience with American Medicine. My experience with his staff was the first time I have ever experience respect in an American Medical facility. I also believe the quality of interaction and respect I received facilitated the quality and speed of my recovery. I cannot speak to all of Webster Orthopedics. I phoned every office initially and after long waits left messages that were responded to after I got out of surgery. The long wait, 10-30 minutes, to reach a human at this office was the worst part of the experience.

Dr. Schwartz repaired my right should a year or so ago. During the surgery he discovered that my bicep tendon was shredded and had to reattached it to my upper humerous. His physician assistant, Josef Maier, was also very helpful in follow-up visits and in answering questions. All in all, he did a terrific job and my recovery has gone very well. I will be seeing him soon for problems with my left shoulder. Highly recommended.

Saw Dr Schwartz for my first time visit this week. He was excellent!! Took his time with me and explained my options. Im happy that I was referred to his office! :)

I've gone to this office for neck and arm issues and the office staff has been more than pleasant. Seems like the other reviewer may have had a bad attitude in the first place and was hard to please. Out of all of my visits, I've never encountered any unfriendly staff.

I've been to this practice for appointments about 10 times so far (initial exam & X-ray, MRI, pre-surgery exam, surgery, three post surgery exams (thus far), plus three times I "dropped in" without an appointment to get a stronger pain prescription, documentation for short-term disability insurance, and work. Every time, I found the entire staff extremely helpful, friendly, and very prompt assisting to my needs.
