I have seen Dr. Peatman recently for a meniscus tear and he has been both generous with his time and also has come up with a plan that has been critical to my knee health. Many years ago I had a knee fracture, and he helped me with that too. I highly recommend him to anyone with knee problems.

I had the most wonderful experience with Golden State Orthopedics in December 2023 which I must tell you about.
I am from Fort Klamath, Oregon approximately 380 miles from the Bay Area and Golden State Orthopedics. Klamath Falls has the most amazing doctors that could do the same thing for me very close to home. However, after meeting Doctor Hasan in Klamath Falls, before he relocated to the Bay Area, I decided to follow him for my back surgery. Dr Hasan operated on my back, and I had amazing results. So, when I needed my second knee replacement, I stayed with the same group and Dr Peatman performed the surgery, again with fantastic results. Well, now both of my shoulders need to be replaced, so I went back to Golden State with Doctor Eldersady. Besides the ease of working with everyone at Golden State, the trip is made even more convenient by the fact that my wife’s sister lives a mile away from San Ramon Regional Hospital, so the surgeries and follow ups make it a win-win as we get to visit my sister-in-law and her husband before and after my routine medical appointments.
Now for the good stuff, as if the above wasn’t good enough.
The week before Christmas I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Dawn at 4pm and being 5 hours away I thought it would be easy to leave Klamath at 11:00 and be in Oakland by 4, no problem. Well, I screwed up and miscalculated my travel time and I was going to be an hour late. I wanted to make the appointment so I called the operator at Golden State explaining my mistake, she called Dr. Dawn who said she would wait for me if I made it by 5pm. WHAT?????!!!! Were my ears drunk? Did a top-of-the-line Doctor say she would wait an extra hour for this Oregonian who just screwed up? WOW. The gods were with me, and the interstates were miraculously free of traffic, and I arrived in Oakland at Golden State at 4:50pm. By the hair of my chinny chin chin. I walked in and I felt like the president. Everyone was waiting for me…… Carman, who is one of my favorite people on earth was there, the x-ray person was all smiles, everyone else had smiles you could see a mile away. When Dr. Dawn walked into the room her professionalism showed up in her smile, and so did her amazing personality and positive candor and advice which makes me proud to say it is worth the 6-hour drive from Fort Klamath, OR. to be a patient of Golden State Orthopedics.
Thanks to everyone at Golden State for making an Old Jar Head feel special and on top of the world.

I unfortunately tore my Achilles in June. I had a decent experience getting it repaired. Good things.- quick and easy to schedule appointments (including evaluation, surgery and PT), the surgery was high-quality and successful, the PT is in the same building and has a great staff. The not so great things- the doctor spends VERY little time with you making it very hard to get any questions answered without you being extremely obstinate and interrupting the doctor, they nickel and dime you afterwards in that they charge $15 to get a medical waiver signed for clearing you to do certain activities. Overall the good outweigh the bad but numerous times I have left quite frustrated.

Dr. Stuffman is a wonderful hand and wrist orthopedic surgeon. He performed surgery on my broken wrist, which has healed without one problem. Most recently he has treated me for tendonitis and trigger fingers, both successful. Dr. Stuffman is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He is the Best!

Emergency Hosp recommended by foot or Orthopedic part. I first vist foot Dr but I am not sure and then check Orthopedic Golden State. Dr.Ross.
Dr. Ross he recomend this special fracture is would be need operation and nailing fixing. Finally operation has been. After successful healing process. That's satisfying feel. That's the happened November's 2022.

When I came to doctor picture my left leg was completely numb from the knee to my toes. My foot also didn't work. It just flopped when I walked. Dr. Pitcher performed a nerve decompression surgery just below my left knee. Within 6 months my leg was back to normal my foot works and there's no numbing whatsoever.

Dr Porter was very helpful in guiding me through a dislocated shoulder recovery. He was informative about the injury details as well as the steps to recovery. He was reassuring, but realistically so, when I was worried about the possible reoccurrence of the injury. Highly recommend his care. The office was generally well run and efficient, although at times there were snafu, like the CT machine going down right before I arrived for my appointment, or the waiting room being crowded during delays. It only affected me a little, and most visits were 100% smooth.

Had a hip replacement done by Dr Griffiths. I can’t think of anything negative about the entire process, from our first meeting to the 2 month checkup. He was patient snd answered all questions, checked on me the day after surgery, and the surgery was clearly done very well, since it healed with minimal pain and zero bruising, and after about eight weeks, I had virtually full recovery. Never kept waiting for appointments, and never rushed out before I had all questions answered. Highly recommend him!

I met with Dr. Peatman a few years ago for a hip issue; and recently returned to diagnose my knee. I find Dr. Peatman to be very professional and thorough. Had my hip replaced by Dr. Griffith. He did an incredible job with the latest techniques, allowing for quick recovery. Was back up and walking way faster than I expected. PT clinic excellent as well. I had given up hiking/walking any long distance due to severe osteoarthritis pain. Just went on my first hike in over a year just 6 weeks post op. My only regret is that I did not have the surgery a year ago! Administrative process for the clinic was good as well.

I haven't had much done here so far, but at this point I can say that this is a very well-run, friendly, helpful office. The front desk is fantastic, the phone people are fantastic, and they seem to bend over backwards to actually help the patients at this place. (Sadly, this is unusual these days!) Dr. Hasan also seems to be amazing so far. Unusually for a surgeon, he is not just smart, but also warm and friendly. For once, I feel like I'm in good hands.

have got a lot of help from accupucture and chiropractors in the past for my back pain. They could temporary release the pain but it always comes back until I went to visit Dr. Thomas Peatman last week. He is very nice with polite bed manner and he helped to list out options I have with pros and cons and wrote down the key points on a paper and gave me time to do research at home before making my decision for treatment. His medical assistant Sophie Caponigro is very responsible as well. It's a big surprise for me that she followed up with me multiple times for my request patiently and it's very rare to see with other clinics. Highly recommend the healthcare service of this site.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Porter , an orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee injuries. After experiencing significant pain and discomfort in my knee, I was referred to Dr. Porter for a meniscus repair.
From the moment I met Dr. Porter, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain my condition in detail and provided me with a variety of treatment options to consider.
Ultimately, I decided to proceed with the meniscus repair surgery, and I am so glad I did. Dr. Porter was highly skilled and experienced in performing the procedure, and he took great care to ensure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

It has been a complete success.He is and has always been a consummate professional while at the same time friendly and personally engaged. I've now had two hips replaced thanks to Dr. Louay Toma. If you need joint replacement, you can be assured of being in the best of hands with him and the group at Golden State Orthopedics. I like that Dr. Toma believes in supplementing the initial pain meds and therapy with vitamins and supplements to support recovery. He advocates for his patients in the hospital and ensures all aftercare is managed. I'm not wishing for any more joint replacements, but if I -- or you -- need them, these are the folks to turn to.

Straight forward. No hassle. Dr. Talarico does not mess around and is an amazing surgeon. I broke my ankle roller skating and he diagnosed the problem quickly- which was not the case in the ER. Surgery was no big deal. 6 weeks later I'm actually walking in a regular shoe with a brace. I had a friend who broke her ankle, had the same X-ray as me and surgery by someone in L.A. and wasn't walking for 3 months. Best ankle surgeon hands down.

I have seen several excellent orthopedic doctors at Webster (now Golden State Ortho) over the past 15+ years including Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Peatman, Dr. Tseng & now Dr. Talarico. I had an injury to my right foot/ankle (tendon rupture partially) that I had been dealing with since last September & I was trying to avoid surgery but it wasn't healing so Dr. Talarico surgically repaired it in April, and he did an excellent job. A foot surgery is a very tough recovery but with Dr. Talarico's help & guidance I'm walking pain free again.
Dr. Talarico & his staff took excellent care of me. His staff is also excellent & so caring kind & helpful. Veronica his office assistant is awesome & Yolanda his surgical scheduler was very helpful when I had to change my surgery date.
If you have any orthopedic issues I highly recommend these excellent doctors.

Given the reason that I had to come here in the first place, I had as good of an experience as one can have. I've been a lifelong athlete with previous experience at a very high level of activity in martial arts. I suffered a knee injury that I had been nursing for a year that was preventing me from training in any significant way. I went to the Walnut Creek location and worked with Dr. Kevin Roth who was friendly, professional, and had my likely diagnosis after a short conversation and physical exam. Diagnostic imaging was scheduled within a week, done within two, and surgery was scheduled roughly 4 weeks after our initial consult. Unfortunately, I then suffered a separate injury a week before the surgery. I went to Golden State's associated orthopedic urgent care and it was determined that we would likely need to address the new injury first, and that it would also require surgery. Diagnostics for the new injury were done within one week and the surgery was done by Dr. Roth 12 days after the new injury. Throughout the whole process Dr. Roth was communicative, empathetic, and helped me adjust and feel comfortable with the new plan. I then worked with the rehab group in Walnut Creek so that we could expedite my recovery to finally get the knee surgery done. I worked with physical therapists Janelle and Will, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my progress and goals. I was able to get the knee surgery done 3 months later and, though the recovery process is challenging, Dr. Roth, Will, and Janelle have been awesome in addressing my concerns and personally tailoring my individual recovery plan to my goals. I'm finally at a point where I've moved on from rehabilitation to reconditioning, which I've been doing with physical therapist Kelly at the Walnut Creek location. She is another wonderful member of the Golden State Ortho team and we are working towards getting me back to a high level of function (I'm hoping to get to a point where I can train with professional athletes again in the future). I would highly recommend Golden State Orthopedic, and just want to say thank you again to Dr. Roth, Janelle, Will, and Kelly. Martial arts have always been a big part of my life and the injuries were incredibly demoralizing. This team has given me that part of my life back and I'll be forever grateful.

This was the first time in my life that I sustained a significant injury. It was all very scary and new. I felt anxious that I couldn't walk and needed help.
Dr. Elias Broheen was one of my doctors throughout my 6 month toe injury. He was very kind, answered all of my questions, never rushed me out of my appointment, filled out all the tedious paperwork I had to fill out for work and disability insurance. He was also very gentle with my toe wheb assessing it and listened to what I had to say. I had no idea that toe injuries took so long to heal. Dr. Broheen supported me all the way through and cheered me on! My job is very physical and requires me to walk 3 to 5 miles a day, and he made sure I felt comfortable and safe returning back to work.
If I ever need another orthopedic referral I will definitely come back and see Dr. Broheen again!

Dr. Talarico treated me for a sports-related broken ankle last year. The severity of the displacement of the bone was near the cutoff where surgery/no surgery was a judgment call. Dr. T. initially thought it best to not have the surgery. But he offered to discuss my case with a few of his colleagues before we made a final decision. Later that evening he called me and said his colleagues changed his mind. Given how much sports are a part of my lifestyle, he thought surgery made sense and I agreed. I'm very grateful that he was willing to change his mind and make a different recommendation after thinking it over carefully. Dr. T. did the surgery and, after a typical recovery, physical therapy, etc. my ankle eventually recovered and got me back to playing again at full strength. Dr. Talarico is an experienced, professional surgeon and I would recommend him and Webster highly. He has a very direct, matter-of-fact and fast-paced style of communicating that I appreciate as an east coast transplant. Others may find the need to adjust to that, but I wouldn't be put off by it.

Webster Orthopedics is my go-to place whenever I have issues with bones, ligaments or joint pain. I've severe osteoarthritis in my feet. Dr. Talerico, MD has helped manage this pain and stiffness through Cortisone shots. We will try a surgery in 2023, that I hope will lessen how often I need these shots.
Dr. Porter, M.D. is assisting with my prolonging the need for a total knee replacement and gave me an injection of Durolane, that has helped a great deal.

Highly advanced treatments- I got a PRP injection from Dr. Elrashidy and am back to running. I broke my ankle and Dr. T fixed it- again- I am proof that you can return to activity after injuries. Seems like there may be some fake 1-star reviews if you dig deep. So sad.

I was a bit nervous reading past reviews, and prepared for a less than stellar experience at Webster Orthopedics. I am overjoyed my fears were put to rest. The staff was fantastic...the front desk woman was very helpful and kind, the chairs in waiting room were spaced out, and the place felt and smelled very clean. The nursing staff were all great, and Dr. Talarico was superb! He reviewed my x-rays and CT and explained everything to me in a caring and accessible way, and told me what I would need to do to avoid the possibility of surgery (I thought he might push me towards surgery, and was thrilled he did not!). The only thing to be aware of as a patient (always), is to pay attention to what the doctor says and what the nurse orders...there were 2 different minor things I had to correct the staff on after the doctor told me my next course of action. But that was so minor to the whole experience.

I am 4.5 months after a TKR with Dr Peatman I walk better than I have in years . I notice there seems to be doctors leaving not sure why . But Dr Peatman has been super . I researched who I wanted to do the surgery. I pretty much had my choice of any doctor any where . I can. Not be more than satisfied. He was great . Both before and after surgery always there and always available. Staff was great . Not a single negative comment to say . I have 125 percent range of motion and I am hiking . Still have some pain we will see att 6 months but as of know I can do things I could not 3 years ago

At the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown I tore my whole hamstring muscle group tendon completely off. Dr Steven Viess of Webster Orthopedics got me in to be seen quickly. The office is extremely Covid safe. He ordered an MRI on sight and got a quick surgery date. The procedure of reconnecting the tendon is difficult and involves working around the sciatic nerves. I had very little low grade pain and was referred to Webster's physical therapist Maggi Cary for Zoom visits. Maggi is very knowledgeable and provided me with a good regiment of exercise protocol. At six months out my leg is completely healed and I am hiking, swimming, biking, and carefully doing anything as normal. I am very great full and have the highest regard for Dr. Steven Veiss, orthopedic surgeon, and Maggie Cary, physical therapist, both of Webster Orthopedics.

I had seen Dr.Tallarico for an ankle collision. And during my first appointment everything went very well i took xrays an Mri and i had no problems. And then we had to wait to do the surgery because of the coronavirus but once i was able to it went smooth. We had a pre-op call and i got to ask the questions i wanted to know. And then surgery day i was nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. Then before surgery i got to talk to the doctor and i was reassured on everything that was happening. After surgery everything felt good i wasn't in a lot of pain. For post-op and taking out stitches was very easy got in the waiting room got called back immediately and seen Dr.Tallarico i'm happy with the choice of webster orthopedics.

After a successful surgery, the therapist and aides helped me regain my strength and balance to about 90% of what I could do before. The rest is up to me, but 5K runs should be doable in a couple of months and 10K runs in a few more months after that. Black diamond ski trails definitely in 2020-2021. This 64 year old owes a lot to the competence and professionalism of the staff Webster Orthopedics to get me back on my feet and walking the hills of San Francisco again faster than I expected.

My name is Lance Lesueur, and I am from Klamath Falls, OR., and if Doc Hasan was a rock star I would follow him as the “Dead Headers” followed the “Grateful Dead” throughout their career.
Doc Hasan came to Klamath Falls for a short time to replace my previous orthopedic doctor Dr Wenner, who retired. Talk about big shoes to fill! Doc Wenner was not only a great surgeon but a person who really cared about our great community. Doc Wenner told me his replacement was going to be Dr. Hasan who was a fellow at the University of Washington and was top notch. When it came time to meet Doc Hasan in person, he walked into the exam room and I instantly liked him as confidence oozed from his pores and his aura told me he knew what he was doing. Wow. We started the process of him examining my back, and discussing treatment options. However, before we could co anything he decided to leave our community for the Bay Area of California. There was no way I was going to lose this doc, so I followed him to your clinic. We had our first meeting so that my wife could meet him because she just couldn’t understand why there were doctors an hour away and I wanted to travel 6 hours so that he could be the one to fix my back. My wife also has great guts and has never been wrong in sizing up people. He walked into the exam room and within minutes he won her over. YAY! After a pre op visit it was time for the surgery on November 4th at San Ramon Regional Medical Center, which was number one in every category but that is another Google Review. He went in from below my belly button, pulled my guts aside and put in two new discs between L-4=L-5 and L-5=S-1. I recovered for 4 days and he then fused my back using a relatively new technique of placing the screws on top of my skin and drilling through the muscle which was less invasive as it didn’t require the cut through the muscles on to get at the spine. All this was done in 6 nights at the hospital and then a 6 hour drive back to Klamath Falls a day later, which went remarkably well with less pain than expected. This is when I think he did his best work. He paid attention and was there to give advice from 300 miles away. Having my spine lifted so the nerves were not crushed was an amazing healing process, which was not bad except one night which was just painful as the freed up nerves were really ticked off. However the next morning I was good and I had livable pain the entire recovery process. Of course I was concerned and called him and a few hours later he called with the needed advice. Basically, the great news is that I can now feel my left foot without numbness or pain for the first time in 20 years. When I came back for our 6 week and 3 month checkup it was like coming home for Christmas. His nurse Kamaya meets you with the greatest smile and competence which all the staff have, and then the door opens and in walks one of the most competent smiles and auras in the world and all is good. Well I don’t think I want to give up on my groupie Dead Head Status for this man but I do need to add the fact that he walks on water according to this old Jar Head.
Thanks Doctor Hasan for giving me a new gait without pain.

I always consult Yelp and usually find it invaluable. This was not one of those times. After reading the reviews for WO, I was not looking forward to my appointment. WO sent me many text reminders for my appointment as well as a web-based tool to document my medical history, etc (as opposed to the usual first appointment sheets of paper) and I started but did not finish filling them out. They suggested I get there 15 minutes early to make sure everything was in order...I didn't do that. They also suggested that I bring my MRI on a disk. Amazingly, I did do that.
You can tell that I'm not an ideal patient so far.
I came in about 3 minutes before my appointment time. The person at the desk was pleasant and thankfully non-judgy about my inability to do two of the three things they asked of me beforehand. She gave me an iPad and I sat and finished the forms and drank fairly delicious coffee that they provide in the waiting room. I noticed a screen behind the desk giving the wait times for the various doctors. At 8:30 AM (they open at 8), all were on time in spite of people like me.
Upon finishing my "paperwork" (painless but I was a bit irked about having to enter credit card info), I was called in. I gave my MRI disk to the assistant. She asked if I had x-rays and I said no. She said that I'd need them and since I was a Workmen's Comp claim, no payment was expected from me as it is handled through the WC insurance. I was immediately taken in for the films. The tech was pleasant and efficient and I was pleased that I didn't have to strip down. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I took note that all of the employees I interacted with (and even ones I didn't) seemed happy and pleasant and seemed to really get along well with each other.
I was then shown in to an exam room and Dr. Eric Stuffmann came in a minute later. He ran down my case verbally with me instantly and I was immediately pleased. I expected to get the blank look. He went over my x-rays and MRI with me and gave me an unhurried and thorough exam. He dictated notes into a Alexa-like device and then answered my 58 questions in great detail often referring back to the x-ray or MRI. I was there for a second opinion and didn't feel he was looking for "more work" from me nor did I feel he was agreeing with the first opinion out of rote. He was the pinnacle of professionalism and obviously extremely skilled. If you read his bio for his education and training, it's impressive and tailor made for my specific injury.
All in all, this was the most positive experience I've had with a physician in decades. I reserve the right to come back and edit this review if I get charged for anything that I'm not expecting but short of that, I can't recommend Dr. Stuffmann highly enough.

The longest I've waited past my appointment time is 10 minutes (once). Most times I am called into an exam room early.
All of the front counter staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. They are always smiling (genuinely) and do not make you feel rushed or like you're a burden to them.
I have had two shoulder surgeries here (Dr. Eric Stuffman) and they are the best medical experience I've had,. Ever.

The physical therapists and interns at this center are 5 star!! Robb has a keen eye and expects active participation from his patients. The comradely amongst the staff creates a good vibe in this wellness center.
Management needs to address the lack of physical therapist in this business. I was shocked at how difficult it was to get an appointment in the Oakland area. All centers were booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Two weeks post ACL/miniscus surgery was my first PT session. It was easier to get a surgery date then a physical therapy appointment.
Management gets 1 star.
5 star staff and 3 star management. This gives the review a 4 star rating.

I had a good e experience with Dr. Robert Lynn PT I had gone to Dr. Richard's orthopedic surgeon for pain in my left shoulder and the MRI disclosed adhesive capsulitis. Dr. Lynn used various muscle stimulation techniques and my range of motion has increased daily and I will go back. I'm 67 and try to stay active.

On yesterday, 10/7/2019, I put out a yelp on Webster Orthopedics, highlighting my amazing surgical team & experience. I feel that it is necessary to also uplift the PT team, at Webster Wellness Center Oakland. To start, I selected this group, after my first AND second knee replacement. After the first knee replacement, I wrote a detailed review on my last day and placed it in the box provided. After leaving, I had a feeling that it wasn't enough. I wanted more people to know about my excellent experience that I'd endured for each and every appointment. I wanted to tell all how I was greeted with smiles upon entry, and how I was always motivated to not give up during each session, even if I wasn't up to it on that day or at that time. Robert Lin was the physical therapist that I worked with the most, however, if he was out, or booked, then I'd work with any, without disappointment. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the therapists; I've never felt slighted. I can honestly say that each of them maintained a pleasant, yet professional, down to earth personality. I noticed that they work as a close-knit family. This only made me feel more comfortable. During healing, what more could I ask for? I feel that one should be in touch with their mental as well as the physical during this vulnerable time. Body changes & healing pain in general, can be a lot to deal with. Webster Wellness Center Oakland is the right setting & has the right structure for such, as the views are amazing and the staff lifts you up continuously. The individuals that make up this place are patient oriented indeed, and will continue to do what they need to, in order to strengthen you, and bring you back to wellness. I will totally do a commercial for them if I could. I recommend this group again & again for physical therapy! Thank you guys for everything!

I had a left ankle surgery with Dr. Talarico April 26, 2019. I received all the appropriate pre-post care from his clinic and many thanks to the coordinator Argentina for making sure everything went by smooth. Dr. Talarico is very knowledgeable and explain all the process and procedure in detail. After my surgery my pain was controlled, and I did not need medication after a week. The staff from the clinic followed up with a phone call to check how I was doing which made me feel cared for. I would recommend Dr. Talarico and his staff as your primary podiatry surgeon. I would like to thank Dr. Ross Talarico for his care and getting me back on my feet.

The first doctor I was there awhile back has alas retired but I went again for a new thing and Dr. Roth was straight up honest about the fact that I'm basically just getting old and can only try to keep it from getting worse. He didn't recommend the surgery that I didn't really want anyway. And yes, I'll be good and go to PT and all that. But I also unexpectedly got a cortisone shot from Ebony, and she is really good at doing it - and I've had injections that were not done so well in the past so I appreciated it.

Love/hate relationship. Beware of incurring ANY credit card purchases. When it was refund time, told it takes 8 weeks to reverse a $900 charge. Ridiculous. But love Dr Roth, Tinsley, Maurice and their care. Go for the doctors. Beware the billing. After unanswered phone calls and a letter, I did get a call back and my money was refunded 2 weeks later. Hope they fix the billing process because there is not a better doctor anywhere than Dr Roth. Caring, compassionate, conservative, and fabulous results.

I just came back from seeing Dr. Peatman for a consult about my arthritic knee. Wait time was minimal. Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. So far they have taken care of a broken elbow and broken wrist. The wrist required surgery to install a plate. Now going to specialized hand therapy. Did I mention they are also treating me for arthritis in my knees. Very happy with the care by doctors, physician assistants, and other crew. Always greeting graciously and treated well through visits which have included X-rays. Big benefit to have X-rays available on site. The Wellness Center provides a range of therapies. Down side is it can be difficult to get on the schedule.

Dr. Thomas Peatman has performed arthroscopic surgery on both my right and left hips. The left hip was due to an injury, and the right hip was to fix a minor case of dysplasia. Operations are never fun, but he ensured that both times were smooth and pleasant experiences. He is very caring and professional, along with his assistant Brian. If you must have orthopedic surgery, I highly recommend him!

Dr. Talarico is pretty darn good and I'd go to him again, in fact, I'd request him. The negative review he received was understandable BUT it was about bedside manner, not his skill, and he is indeed very skilled, he performed my foot surgery and I'm happy thus far...
During my first visit, he DID seem rushed and it was clearly a busy day but I was satisfied overall. My surgery date fit my asap timeline and it went very well (displaced fracture/5mm/5th metatarsal/some bone fragments). My healing is going great. I saw him again for my cast and he was friendly, patient, and didn't seem rushed at all - the clinic was less busy too, clearly relative. He suggested swimming to me as well but that was to be during recovery.
I'm a 46-year-old female - I run, dance, and skateboard often - he assured me I'll be doing all of those things once healed which will be a 12-week process. Now, about the clinic...
The first visit took a long time and the place was packed - chop shop packed. The second visit (mentioned above) was easy and fast and not as crowded. They were great with my insurance and I am satisfied. Life experience has taught me that normal variables make a difference in service so I'm more patient than most but I'm also fairly smart, particular, and shrewd. In summary, I would do this all again but let's hope I never have to.

I rehabed my left thumb with Liz, and she was AMAZING! The site and staff were awesome, super friendly and accessible. Liz worked hard to help me recover from surgery, and I saw positive results week after week. She was easy going, friendly and approachable. She worked hard to keep me moving toward the goal of optimal health and mobility.
I also found it easy to schedule ample times that fit my busy work schedule, and the automated reminder calls were super helpful. I highly recommend Webster Wellness Center for all your rehab needs!

I'm 67 and my hand is collapsing. I can't open a jar or hold on to anything heavy. I went to Dr. Richards at Webster Orthopedic looking for hope. Though the wait was long due to flu season among the Webster staff, they were all very sweet and patient with those of us who lacked that trait. The doctors assistant showed me into a room, took the necessary data and off I went to Ex Ray, of both hands! They were great. It didn't take long to meet the charming Dr. Richards. He spent at least 15 minutes with me explaining (essentially that I was old though in a very nice way) I had arthritis in both hands and the only treatment was protheses to relieve pain or surgery causing a great deal of pain and a year of recovery (not). So this is a very positive review, right? Not quite. Dr. Richards said I could purchase a prothesis from his office for $20. I'm familiar with the prothesis they use as a result of my own research prior to my appointment. The one his office promotes costs $35 on the internet. So I agreed to take one. My bill for the protheses was $270. My cost after my insurance coverage paid their share was $166. I was stunned to say the least. I went back to the office immediately and spoke to Dr. Richard's nurse. She said she would discuss it with Dr. Richards and get back to me. I received a revised invoice showing $5 due and was happy. Three weeks later I received another revised invoice for $188. I called the office and was told to disregard; they would get back to me. They did with a dunning notice for $188. Though I have high regard for the medical services provided by this doctor and practice, I strongly advise against agreeing to purchase anything directly from them without researching competitive costs on your own.

I had back surgery with Dr. Michael Tseng. The only thing I regret is not doing this earlier.
I was in excruciating pain for six months. Dr. Tseng advised first more conservative approached like physical therapy. When that didn't work, he talked to me about surgery. He was matter of fact and non-pushy at all.
I went for surgery at 12 PM, and I was walking out at 5 PM.
I went back to exercise, and I feel great.
Thanks, Dr. Tseng, you gave me my life back.

I am midway through a complicated wrist surgery and recuperation and could not be happier with my experience thus far.
I am seeing Dr. Richards and his staff from the front desk to the physicians assistant have been thoughtful and professional and sincerely care about my physical and mental well-being.
Accidents and managing medical care can be a stressful enough situation so it is wonderful to find a group of people dedicated to making that ordeal as easy to process as possible.
As for quality of care, don't take my word for it. Do your homework and you will see that Dr. Richards and his partners are well respected and often referred to. I could not be happier and fully recommend this medical establishment.

I've visited this office several times, and have never had a significant wait. Today, I barely had time to sit down after checking in before they called me into an examination room, and the PA was in to see me within a minute.
I've also had excellent care from Dr Roth and PA Lilles. Dr Roth performed surgery to install a metal plate on my broken clavicle, and did an excellent job. The aftercare and followup have been great as well.

I luckily discovered Dr. Stuffman for my broken wrist. The first thing he did was to replace the Mickey Mouse "cast" used by another doctor at a different local orthopedic group. Dr. Stuffman did the repair surgery at Eden Hospital. All went well. He is caring without any god
persona. He is skilled and competent--which today, cannot be said about many with medical degrees. For example, Stanford University cranks out MD's from their "special program." We know of one who went to elementary school with family, who scored 20% on her MCATs and D's in organic chemistry. BUT....she fills a quota and Stanford gets gov $$$ to push her through. I wouldn't let her remove a splinter from my dog's ass. Sadly, this forces people like us to research and seek qualified professionals like Dr. Stuffman.

I was lucky enough to be Dr. Salypongse's patient!! He did my hip replacement in December of 2015 and knee surgery in March 2016. He is a miracle worker!!! My hip was so bad that the hip socket had disintegrated and the bone was popping out when I would walk. I was in so much pain and so depressed and I didn't feel that I would ever be normal again or be able to walk normal!! I was so scared to have the surgery, but the doctor and his amazing staff made me feel very comfortable and safe!! I was up and walking four hours after my surgery and now I have absolutely NO pain in my hip at all!!! It is truly a miracle and I was so happy to be a part of his clientele! He is truly a big bright shining star and he has the most wonderful bedside manner!!! He never rushes you out of the office, answers all of your questions and makes you feel like a person, and he is there to help you get your life back!! He was just as wonderful when I had my knee surgery, but because of the extreme injury that I obtained, it wasn't as much of a homerun like the hip surgery. I completely trust his advice and opinion and would recommend him with the highest regard to any patient that needs orthopedic help!!! I highly recommend Dr. Roth. He performed my shoulder surgery in May 2016 - open biceps tenodesis and three other arthroscopic procedure, including debridement and rotator cuff repair. He and his staff are amazing. They are very personable and really listen to your concerns and goals for recovery. Dr. Roth and his PA Shawn were great to deal with and his assistant Sabrina is one-of-a-kind. She was so helpful in getting my disability started and getting me any form I needed lightning fast. I was also very pleased with his surgical staff at Pleasanton surgery center. They provided very personal care that was top notch - they even put on music with my personal music preference to calm my nerves before surgery. I have made an excellent recovery so much faster than anticipated. I would trust Dr. Roth and his staff for any of my orthopedic needs.

I went in for an MRI today, I was impressed by the quality of service. Normally I shy away from medical groups but the experience at Webster orthopedics in Dublin blew my mind. Scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake Karissa Cassina will work with you, she's awesome. Parking was easy. Front staff uber courteous. When it comes to the MRI, Doug Kloppenburg is your tech. He's mindful of ones pain, kind friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in need of an MRI this is the place to go.

I really appreciate the prompt and effective response from the site manager Carol at the Dublin office. She took a proactive approach to this situation. Typically they fit the patient for the Polar Care harness at the pre-op appointment but no decision was made by the patient (my son) at that time to get the device. It is not typical that someone else comes back later to get the device. So I understand what happened and I really appreciate their concern for the unusual situation. Dr stuffman did surgery on my wrist for a break from a fall and Patricia was my hand therapist for 6 months - I really appreciated the whole office for their on time appointments - I never waited to see them. First to start off with the girls that greet the patients at the front desk...AWESOME! Very professional and sweet. The office caters to their patients. The chairs are high for patients who just had knee, hip, or any other orthopedic surgery. Now the MA's are fantastic also.. Thanks Matt. Now the surgeon Dr.Aaron Salyapongse he is a God sent. Very professional and good at what he does. I have debilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis and has been dealing with painful flares-ups for two years and the alternative option was hip surgery since the biologics stop working. I was at a point in my life that I was wiling to try anything. I was very blessed to have Dr. Salyapongse be the surgeon to perform the anterior total hip replacements for both hips. The Left in October 2014 and the right in January 2015. Now I am bionic and good in regards to my hips. Recovery was just a few days until my RA decided to move into different joints...( another story). I just can not let another day go by without expressing how ecstatic and satisfied with my decision to pursue the surgery with Webster Orthopedics and Dr. Salyapongse. HE IS ONE OF THE FEW PHYSICIANS THAT HAVE A BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Also most importantly he is blessed with his talent of operating. He immediately came a saw all his patients after surgery in the hospital and made sure we where attended to and that all are request were met and made sure we were not in pain post operative. I can not fail to mention his right had "Gal" Robin Mercer his Physician Assistant. I know that she is very skilled and loves working with Dr.Salyapongse to provide the best care to her patients. I highly recommend this practice for your orthopedic needs and if you need joint replacement for hip or knees... Dr. Salyapongse is your guy... Trust me. His assistant is awesome also.... KIM YOU ARE ON TOP OF YOUR GAME !!! They also have movies playing on their tv and suckers for you if you want and also tea and coffe!!! The little things make a big impact

This is an extremely efficient office. Webster is one great place--very pleasant, very efficient. My surgeon, Dr Schwarz, is obviously an expert in his field, and was very helpful in explaining the fracture, and how he could fix it. I felt extra confident that i am in excellent hands. The PA, Josef Meier, was similarly very knowledgeable and helpful.
Not to be outdone, the surgery coordinator, "Christy," also was very pleasant and efficient in setting up my surgery--the very next day after I saw them! You can't do any better than that! See the surgeon one day, arm fixed the next! Yea!
I am very pleased with their medical knowledge. If you have to break an arm, be sure to do it near Webster!
I would write more, but I have to get ready for the surgery tomorrow.
Surgery update: the surgery went incredibly smooth. For a few days my arm was pretty swollen, but that was expected. Then I went into physical therapy. I worked with a hand specialist, Debbie, asssted by Eric. I have made very great progress. My range of motion is much improved just after a few physical therapy sessions. At my very first physical therapy appointment, the staff was having a potluck, which they invited me to. The squash casserole was excellent! I did not know that my insurance copay included free casseroles and free potluck lunches, but I was very grateful to discover this.
Honestly, it's hard to say enough good things about Webster. I won't say that I was happy that I broke my arm. But it wasn't too bad after all. And I'm still thinking about that squash casserole.

I've been seeing Dr. Sproul for some time. I am trying to get weight off in order to be better able to have knee surgery. He always takes time with me to address my problems. I have seen him for both knees. my back, hip and shoulder. I think he is totally amazing and his staff is awesome. Monica will always help with what you need.

Just been to Webster Orthopedics in Dublin, AMAZING. From the second I walked in the door till I left and feeling very happy with the service from all. The front desk girls were so helpful, the nurse and Doctor were so kind and explained everything to me. I was treated within 20 min. I am a happy girl after being there. I would recommend going here 100%. One more thing, they have amazing coffee :-)

I just visited Webster Orthopedic in Dublin this morning due to excruciating knee pain I was having the night before. I even fell down the floor of my bedroom when I got up due to the pain. We called Webster Ortho to make an emergency appointment , but my regular doctor, Dr. Salyapongse is off until next week . I told the receptionist that I can take any of their doctor available. Luckily, P.A of Dr. Salyapongse was able to squeeze me to her busy schedule.it was so nice of her and all the staff in the office. I got a relief after the steroid shot, and they have to schedule my surgery because it is long overdue. My right knee is bone to bone and Dr. Salyapongse told me before that I am a candidate for knee surgery.
I like to give a special commendation to Robin Fuessenich for doing an exceptional job, so with the rest of the staff who have excellent customer service, from the caring receptionist, Kim, the surgery Scheduler and everyone in the office. I can not thank you enough for the wonderful job well done.

I saw Dr. Salyapongse today for an injection in my hip. He did the best injection ever. I didn't even feel it. I was a little nervous, but he made me feel assured I wouldn't feel a thing. He was correct.! I had a great experience. Dr. Salyapongse is the best!

Dr Vikram Talwar at Webster Orthopedics
He is awesome, specializes in backs, so although he is with Webster each Doctor has their own specialty. Dr Talwar had to do a fusion on my 21 yr old son after he developed fractures in his low back playing soccer. Dr Talwar did the fusion in May of 2012 and this fall he is back playing college soccer.
He also did a 2 level neck fusion on me in June and the pain was almost immediately relieved. I only stayed in the hospital overnight. Awesome doctor and his PA Jennifer is great too.

Excellent experience at Webster Orthopedics. I injured my shoulder over the weekend and the pain is so terrible I decided to see a specialist vs. regular doctor. I was skeptical based on some of the yelp reviews.
They fit me in the same day and I found the staff to be very friendly. I met with Dr. Schwartz who is friendly but very focused. He does not seem to be the type that will spend the first few minutes chatting it up about personal matters which in this case was fine with me. I was worried about timing when he ordered xrays but they do them right on the spot and then within 5-10 min you are back with the doctor. Amazing!
Kudos to the front desk and the xray technician. Quite possibly the friendliest staff I have encountered in the East Bay.
Here is my advice - if you are worried about time just ask the front desk how long the wait will be. They will tell you if the doctor is running behind. My wait was not very long but I did ask when I checked in.

End of Feb. 2013 did a number on my left ankle and foot. Had x-rays and yes problem.
referred to Webster. Dr. Tang saw me incredible in his medical advice. Boot--24 hrs
etc. see him in two weeks. Well a week later not watching what I was doing in boot
fell and broke my right wrist! Called Webster--they had me come in--I drove--
Dr. Tang was over whelmed with patients---but they got me x-rayed--and yes I did
do the break and a bad one---Dr. Tang talked about the options and we determined
surgery the best---he scheduled it that night---after he three other surgeries that
afternoon---at 11:15 pm he was in the recovery room with me---such care!
My wrist is fantastic---am very grateful--the care and concern for me was outstanding!

I had a work related injury and was referred to Webster Orthopedics for carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Schwartz and his staff were very professional and my surgery was very quick and hassle free. When it came time for 6-weeks of physical therapy, Webster has the best staff in the area! Patricia was extremely helpful, careful and sensitive with the therapy she provided. I'm healing quickly, and I can guarantee it's because of her knowledge and expertise. Patricia's colleague Hannah is fantastic and very personable. Dr Demorest was very nice to see me as an adult, she usually see just kids. She recommended an x-ray, said it looked OK and that I needed Physical therapy. My hip/groin sprain (from tennis) is healing nicely but slowly and is now much improved. She is a great person to see if you have an injury and need to find out what the problem is, and she does not do surgeries(I believe). So I felt like I received a very competent exam and great care.

My mom needed her second knee replaced. After a horrible experience with another doctor and hospital, we had her switch to Dr Donnelly. He is a caring, patient, and wonderful doctor. I'm a big fan of the entire Webster Orthopedic Group!! Everyone that works there is completely involved and cares about making you better. Dr. Talwar will fight for you in order to get you the treatment you need. His PA, Jennifer is just as amazing and truly cares about patients. Giselle is always happy and tends to matters in a timely manner. On the physical therapy side of the house, Julie is a wonderful therapist and knows what she's doing. I can't speak highly enough about this group. The only downside, is that you can spend a lot of time in the waiting room for your doctor appointment. Emergencies and surgeries seem to come up a lot and you have to wait.

Dr. Salyapongse performed a total hip replacement on me. He is probabaly one of the top orthopedic surgeons specializing in hip and knee replacement in the Country. Due to circumstances he choose to use the posterior approach. The surgery was performed on April 15th. I was discharged on April 17th and walked a1/4 mile on the 18th unassisted (without walker); my first full day at home. One week after the surgery I walked 1 1/2 miles. I would like to add I live on the second floor.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Salyapongse and his staff; Robin (PA-C), Alyssa and Juanita. They were all very attentive and responsive to my needs. Dr. Salyapongses operating team is definitely an A Team. He surrounds himself with individuals top in their field. The Dr. in charge of anaestesia is one of the best in the Bay. The Dr. doing follow up in recovery is triple board certified. By surrounding himself by the best, he increases his odds of a good and positive outcome.
Thank you Dr. Salyapongse, I know you have a lot of people supporting but without you driving the procedure it may not have been as positive. He is truly a very gifted surgeon. Valley Health Care is one of the top rated Hospitals for joint replacement in the Country.

I had a ski accident and tore my ACL ligament.
A friend of mine, whose wife had the same surgery, recommended me to come to this office to see Joseph R. Donnelly... and I'm very glad I did.
The office is very clean and new.
Joseph R. Donnelly and Lauren Adler are very professorial in what they do. To me they are the best !
They made me feel very safe and confident that everything will be good and I will be able to go back to my normal life very soon.
Joseph R. Donnelly took the time to explain everything that needs to be done, answered every question and concern I had.
Lauren was able to set me up with MRI on the same first visit.
Before the surgery I was able to walk around in a cast that actually was delivered to my house by one of office representatives.
Lauren was great on answering all of my questions and assisting me on the phone before and after the surgery.
My Surgery went really well and my knee is healing great :-) I get comments at PT place that my scars are really small comparing to others :-)
After the surgery DR. Donnelly gave me a video and pictures of the surgery, explained everything and insured that all went well.
I felt like I was a part of a sport team and I was one of the athletes :-)
It has been 4 weeks now after surgery and I can walk again !

We have had a good experiences with both the Webster Orthopedics offices we have visited, but have had an EXCELLENT experience with the Dublin office. We were referred by our pediatrician for my daughters hand issues, when we arrived I was ready to be there all morning- to my surprise we were in and out in under an hour! Unheard of! Within that hour we saw Dr. Schwartz, were sent for x-rays (in office), met with the Dr. Schwartz again to read the x-rays, sent to the casting room where the ortho tec Victor was not only compliant, but kind and gentle with a very hurting hand.
I am amazed every time we enter that office with their efficiency. From the staff at the front desk, to the tec who walks you to the dr's office, to the Dr. himself (Dr. Schwartz is the best!!!!), back to the tec, to the x ray tecs (also very compliant and efficient), to back to the Dr., then off to Victor the ortho tec, and finally to Conner at the back desk to set up out next appointment (a very nice gent I might add). To think of all the hands that we pass through while in the office and still they maintain an efficiency and personal touch of a small clinic. Overall it was it was a wonderful experience- and although I hope to never have to see them again (who wants another broken bone) I am confidant if we do have to, Webster Orthopedics will be our first choice.

The Docs abd staff at Webster's are FABULOUS! Dr Veiss took care of BOTH of my kid's broken arms. He is caring and very sweet with the kids, and very competent and communicative. When my son broke his arm I went straight to my pediatrician and they had us into X-Ray at Webster's within a 1/2 hour!
My children's pediatrician called me the the first business day after the accident to make sure my child was OK. Webster had made sure she got the X-Rays and was aware of what was going on! I cannot say enough about these guys, they are great. Thank you Webster Orthopedic- you guys are the best.
p.s. The XRay tech Michael I think, was adorable with both my son and daughter, just so kind and sweet and playful.

I am writing this review on behalf of Dr Salypongseand his staff. Dr. Salypongse performed knee replacement surgery on my left knee on August 30, 2010. I was in the hospital for four days and then home to physical therapy and eventually as an out patient. Within 4 weeks I was walking up to a mile using crutches only as a safety measure and within 6 weeks I was walking up to two miles using a cane for stability. In addition I was working out on the eliptical maching for 30 minutes and doing mile leg presses. I have several friends who have had this surgery and had real problems, sometimes resulting in a need for a second replacement surgerey. I have only the highest praise for Doctor Salypongse and his staff. As a surgeon Dr. Salypongse is absolutely first rate from initial consultation through the surgery and recovery and with follow up examinations. The staff must be included and I can't remember all the names but Katie made the arrangement with the insurance company and there were no surprises. Jamie, Physicians Assistant showed professionism and care, particularly when follow upp visits were made necessary due to an automobile accident in January.
My recommendations are the highest for Dr. salypongse and his staff.

Webster Orthopedics is very high tech and the staff is amazing. Dr. Donnelly and his nurse Gail are great. He has treated two of my injuries. Last week they had me in and out of there in one hour and I had an exam, x-ray, evaluation AND a cortisone shot. AMAZING!

I have seen Dr. Peatman recently for a meniscus tear and he has been both generous with his time and also has come up with a plan that has been critical to my knee health. Many years ago I had a knee fracture, and he helped me with that too. I highly recommend him to anyone with knee problems.
I had the most wonderful experience with Golden State Orthopedics in December 2023 which I must tell you about. I am from Fort Klamath, Oregon approximately 380 miles from the Bay Area and Golden State Orthopedics. Klamath Falls has the most amazing doctors that could do the same thing for me very close to home. However, after meeting Doctor Hasan in Klamath Falls, before he relocated to the Bay Area, I decided to follow him for my back surgery. Dr Hasan operated on my back, and I had amazing results. So, when I needed my second knee replacement, I stayed with the same group and Dr Peatman performed the surgery, again with fantastic results. Well, now both of my shoulders need to be replaced, so I went back to Golden State with Doctor Eldersady. Besides the ease of working with everyone at Golden State, the trip is made even more convenient by the fact that my wife’s sister lives a mile away from San Ramon Regional Hospital, so the surgeries and follow ups make it a win-win as we get to visit my sister-in-law and her husband before and after my routine medical appointments. Now for the good stuff, as if the above wasn’t good enough. The week before Christmas I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Dawn at 4pm and being 5 hours away I thought it would be easy to leave Klamath at 11:00 and be in Oakland by 4, no problem. Well, I screwed up and miscalculated my travel time and I was going to be an hour late. I wanted to make the appointment so I called the operator at Golden State explaining my mistake, she called Dr. Dawn who said she would wait for me if I made it by 5pm. WHAT?????!!!! Were my ears drunk? Did a top-of-the-line Doctor say she would wait an extra hour for this Oregonian who just screwed up? WOW. The gods were with me, and the interstates were miraculously free of traffic, and I arrived in Oakland at Golden State at 4:50pm. By the hair of my chinny chin chin. I walked in and I felt like the president. Everyone was waiting for me…… Carman, who is one of my favorite people on earth was there, the x-ray person was all smiles, everyone else had smiles you could see a mile away. When Dr. Dawn walked into the room her professionalism showed up in her smile, and so did her amazing personality and positive candor and advice which makes me proud to say it is worth the 6-hour drive from Fort Klamath, OR. to be a patient of Golden State Orthopedics. I have received treatment from Dr. Pitcher for a chronic condition, and he is always professional, informative, friendly and courteous.
I unfortunately tore my Achilles in June. I had a decent experience getting it repaired. Good things.- quick and easy to schedule appointments (including evaluation, surgery and PT), the surgery was high-quality and successful, the PT is in the same building and has a great staff. The not so great things- the doctor spends VERY little time with you making it very hard to get any questions answered without you being extremely obstinate and interrupting the doctor, they nickel and dime you afterwards in that they charge $15 to get a medical waiver signed for clearing you to do certain activities. Overall the good outweigh the bad but numerous times I have left quite frustrated.

Dr. Stuffman is a wonderful hand and wrist orthopedic surgeon. He performed surgery on my broken wrist, which has healed without one problem. Most recently he has treated me for tendonitis and trigger fingers, both successful. Dr. Stuffman is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He is the Best!

When I came to doctor picture my left leg was completely numb from the knee to my toes. My foot also didn't work. It just flopped when I walked. Dr. Pitcher performed a nerve decompression surgery just below my left knee. Within 6 months my leg was back to normal my foot works and there's no numbing whatsoever.

Dr Porter was very helpful in guiding me through a dislocated shoulder recovery. He was informative about the injury details as well as the steps to recovery. He was reassuring, but realistically so, when I was worried about the possible reoccurrence of the injury. Highly recommend his care. The office was generally well run and efficient, although at times there were snafu, like the CT machine going down right before I arrived for my appointment, or the waiting room being crowded during delays. It only affected me a little, and most visits were 100% smooth.
I had physical therapy sessions last year. Everyone here is so pleasant and so, very supportive ! Especially, Mai is amazing!!!!

Had a hip replacement done by Dr Griffiths. I can’t think of anything negative about the entire process, from our first meeting to the 2 month checkup. He was patient snd answered all questions, checked on me the day after surgery, and the surgery was clearly done very well, since it healed with minimal pain and zero bruising, and after about eight weeks, I had virtually full recovery. Never kept waiting for appointments, and never rushed out before I had all questions answered. Highly recommend him!

Had my hip replaced by Dr. Griffith. He did an incredible job with the latest techniques, allowing for quick recovery. Was back up and walking way faster than I expected. PT clinic excellent as well. I had given up hiking/walking any long distance due to severe osteoarthritis pain. Just went on my first hike in over a year just 6 weeks post op. My only regret is that I did not have the surgery a year ago! Administrative process for the clinic was good as well.
I haven't had much done here so far, but at this point I can say that this is a very well-run, friendly, helpful office. The front desk is fantastic, the phone people are fantastic, and they seem to bend over backwards to actually help the patients at this place. (Sadly, this is unusual these days!) Dr. Hasan also seems to be amazing so far. Unusually for a surgeon, he is not just smart, but also warm and friendly. For once, I feel like I'm in good hands.

Re: Dr. Austin Pitcher. I fractured my wrist a few months ago. I was able to get into Dr. Pitcher’s office immediately. He did a superb repair surgery and I now have almost complete use of my wrist. He followed up timely. He has a great “bedside manner”. I highly recommend him.

I have severe osteoarthritis; Golden State Orthopedics and Spine has really given me the ability to continue working, perform my daily task, and live independently without assistance. Golden State Orthopedics and Spine has recommended different treatments that have been very beneficial. The treatments I have received allow me to function so much better with less pain. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would refer anyone who needs an orthopedic specialist to make an appointment with Golden State Orthopedics and Spine. You won't be disappointed.

have got a lot of help from accupucture and chiropractors in the past for my back pain. They could temporary release the pain but it always comes back until I went to visit Dr. Thomas Peatman last week. He is very nice with polite bed manner and he helped to list out options I have with pros and cons and wrote down the key points on a paper and gave me time to do research at home before making my decision for treatment. His medical assistant Sophie Caponigro is very responsible as well. It's a big surprise for me that she followed up with me multiple times for my request patiently and it's very rare to see with other clinics. Highly recommend the healthcare service of this site.

I've now had two hips replaced thanks to Dr. Louay Toma. If you need joint replacement, you can be assured of being in the best of hands with him and the group at Golden State Orthopedics. I like that Dr. Toma believes in supplementing the initial pain meds and therapy with vitamins and supplements to support recovery. He advocates for his patients in the hospital and ensures all aftercare is managed. I'm not wishing for any more joint replacements, but if I -- or you -- need them, these are the folks to turn to.

Straight forward. No hassle. Dr. Talarico does not mess around and is an amazing surgeon. I broke my ankle roller skating and he diagnosed the problem quickly- which was not the case in the ER. Surgery was no big deal. 6 weeks later I'm actually walking in a regular shoe with a brace. I had a friend who broke her ankle, had the same X-ray as me and surgery by someone in L.A. and wasn't walking for 3 months. Best ankle surgeon hands down.
Having sustained a injury to my knee,I was able to make an appointment with Dr Porter with very little delay.The receptionist was welcoming and I was seen again without much waiting.The The x-rays were completed without delay, and Dr Porter and his assistant discussed the findings and treatment throughly.I was very pleased with his diagnosis, demeanor and thoroughness.

I have seen several excellent orthopedic doctors at Webster (now Golden State Ortho) over the past 15+ years including Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Peatman, Dr. Tseng & now Dr. Talarico. I had an injury to my right foot/ankle (tendon rupture partially) that I had been dealing with since last September & I was trying to avoid surgery but it wasn't healing so Dr. Talarico surgically repaired it in April, and he did an excellent job. A foot surgery is a very tough recovery but with Dr. Talarico's help & guidance I'm walking pain free again. Dr. Talarico & his staff took excellent care of me. His staff is also excellent & so caring kind & helpful. Veronica his office assistant is awesome & Yolanda his surgical scheduler was very helpful when I had to change my surgery date. If you have any orthopedic issues I highly recommend these excellent doctors.
Dr Pitcher is the kind of Orthopedist you want. Very smart, caring, and articulate. He is a good listener, and while he is efficient with his time, one never feels rushed. He makes sure he has answered all your questions before ending the visit. I would give him six stars if I could!
Given the reason that I had to come here in the first place, I had as good of an experience as one can have. I've been a lifelong athlete with previous experience at a very high level of activity in martial arts. I suffered a knee injury that I had been nursing for a year that was preventing me from training in any significant way. I went to the Walnut Creek location and worked with Dr. Kevin Roth who was friendly, professional, and had my likely diagnosis after a short conversation and physical exam. Diagnostic imaging was scheduled within a week, done within two, and surgery was scheduled roughly 4 weeks after our initial consult. Unfortunately, I then suffered a separate injury a week before the surgery. I went to Golden State's associated orthopedic urgent care and it was determined that we would likely need to address the new injury first, and that it would also require surgery. Diagnostics for the new injury were done within one week and the surgery was done by Dr. Roth 12 days after the new injury. Throughout the whole process Dr. Roth was communicative, empathetic, and helped me adjust and feel comfortable with the new plan. I then worked with the rehab group in Walnut Creek so that we could expedite my recovery to finally get the knee surgery done. I worked with physical therapists Janelle and Will, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my progress and goals. I was able to get the knee surgery done 3 months later and, though the recovery process is challenging, Dr. Roth, Will, and Janelle have been awesome in addressing my concerns and personally tailoring my individual recovery plan to my goals. I'm finally at a point where I've moved on from rehabilitation to reconditioning, which I've been doing with physical therapist Kelly at the Walnut Creek location. She is another wonderful member of the Golden State Ortho team and we are working towards getting me back to a high level of function (I'm hoping to get to a point where I can train with professional athletes again in the future). I would highly recommend Golden State Orthopedic, and just want to say thank you again to Dr. Roth, Janelle, Will, and Kelly. Martial arts have always been a big part of my life and the injuries were incredibly demoralizing. This team has given me that part of my life back and I'll be forever grateful.

This was the first time in my life that I sustained a significant injury. It was all very scary and new. I felt anxious that I couldn't walk and needed help. Dr. Elias Broheen was one of my doctors throughout my 6 month toe injury. He was very kind, answered all of my questions, never rushed me out of my appointment, filled out all the tedious paperwork I had to fill out for work and disability insurance. He was also very gentle with my toe wheb assessing it and listened to what I had to say. I had no idea that toe injuries took so long to heal. Dr. Broheen supported me all the way through and cheered me on! My job is very physical and requires me to walk 3 to 5 miles a day, and he made sure I felt comfortable and safe returning back to work. If I ever need another orthopedic referral I will definitely come back and see Dr. Broheen again!
I just got out of an MRI appointment with mark and Ann. They were amazing!! Getting an MRI is old hat for me, but when you have to stick your head in that thing it's a whole new ballgame. They took my anxiety from a 10 to a ZERO !!! I cannot thank them enough!!!

Dr. Talarico treated me for a sports-related broken ankle last year. The severity of the displacement of the bone was near the cutoff where surgery/no surgery was a judgment call. Dr. T. initially thought it best to not have the surgery. But he offered to discuss my case with a few of his colleagues before we made a final decision. Later that evening he called me and said his colleagues changed his mind. Given how much sports are a part of my lifestyle, he thought surgery made sense and I agreed. I'm very grateful that he was willing to change his mind and make a different recommendation after thinking it over carefully. Dr. T. did the surgery and, after a typical recovery, physical therapy, etc. my ankle eventually recovered and got me back to playing again at full strength. Dr. Talarico is an experienced, professional surgeon and I would recommend him and Webster highly. He has a very direct, matter-of-fact and fast-paced style of communicating that I appreciate as an east coast transplant. Others may find the need to adjust to that, but I wouldn't be put off by it.
Every appointment I have here is smooth, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the Covid precautions are solid and I get what I need! Happy to come here to help heal from my injuries.
Webster Orthopedics is my go-to place whenever I have issues with bones, ligaments or joint pain. I've severe osteoarthritis in my feet. Dr. Talerico, MD has helped manage this pain and stiffness through Cortisone shots. We will try a surgery in 2023, that I hope will lessen how often I need these shots. Dr. Porter, M.D. is assisting with my prolonging the need for a total knee replacement and gave me an injection of Durolane, that has helped a great deal.
Great docs. Perfect location. These docs are busy and it's because they are good. Unfortunately- there is sometimes a wait but it is for a reason. Highly advanced treatments- I got a PRP injection from Dr. Elrashidy and am back to running. I broke my ankle and Dr. T fixed it- again- I am proof that you can return to activity after injuries. Seems like there may be some fake 1-star reviews if you dig deep. So sad.

This place is the best- not only because my foot surgeon, Dr. Talarico, practices here, but also for their organization, follow up, and timeliness with appointments. I recently had foot surgery, and the pre and post care was terrific. My husband has also been treated there for a hand problem and had the same experience. We would recommend Webster Ortho to anyone!

I was a bit nervous reading past reviews, and prepared for a less than stellar experience at Webster Orthopedics. I am overjoyed my fears were put to rest. The staff was fantastic...the front desk woman was very helpful and kind, the chairs in waiting room were spaced out, and the place felt and smelled very clean. The nursing staff were all great, and Dr. Talarico was superb! He reviewed my x-rays and CT and explained everything to me in a caring and accessible way, and told me what I would need to do to avoid the possibility of surgery (I thought he might push me towards surgery, and was thrilled he did not!). The only thing to be aware of as a patient (always), is to pay attention to what the doctor says and what the nurse orders...there were 2 different minor things I had to correct the staff on after the doctor told me my next course of action. But that was so minor to the whole experience.
The best team in orthopedics ever, Dr. Peatman and NP Brian Costello. As a four decades long serious equestrian competitor, I've long felt the events of falls and injuries sustained from the physical demands of the sport. A myriad of complaints and pain that reduce my quality of life. Their treatment plan keeps me comfortable. I can't speak highly enough about the entire operation.
I am 4.5 months after a TKR with Dr Peatman I walk better than I have in years . I notice there seems to be doctors leaving not sure why . But Dr Peatman has been super . I researched who I wanted to do the surgery. I pretty much had my choice of any doctor any where . I can. Not be more than satisfied. He was great . Both before and after surgery always there and always available. Staff was great . Not a single negative comment to say . I have 125 percent range of motion and I am hiking . Still have some pain we will see att 6 months but as of know I can do things I could not 3 years ago
Best orthopedic practice in the Bay Area. Great group of docs. They understand injuries and how to heal people. Sometimes they are backed up - but it's only because there is so much demand for the docs in this practice. They are all experts in their field. Highly recommend.
After dropping a glass on foot and landing myself in the ER, Dr Talarico saw me promptly and provided excellent care and advice on whether surgery would be needed on my foot. He followed up within hours of my MRI and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
At the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown I tore my whole hamstring muscle group tendon completely off. Dr Steven Viess of Webster Orthopedics got me in to be seen quickly. The office is extremely Covid safe. He ordered an MRI on sight and got a quick surgery date. The procedure of reconnecting the tendon is difficult and involves working around the sciatic nerves. I had very little low grade pain and was referred to Webster's physical therapist Maggi Cary for Zoom visits. Maggi is very knowledgeable and provided me with a good regiment of exercise protocol. At six months out my leg is completely healed and I am hiking, swimming, biking, and carefully doing anything as normal. I am very great full and have the highest regard for Dr. Steven Veiss, orthopedic surgeon, and Maggie Cary, physical therapist, both of Webster Orthopedics.
I had seen Dr.Tallarico for an ankle collision. And during my first appointment everything went very well i took xrays an Mri and i had no problems. And then we had to wait to do the surgery because of the coronavirus but once i was able to it went smooth. We had a pre-op call and i got to ask the questions i wanted to know. And then surgery day i was nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. Then before surgery i got to talk to the doctor and i was reassured on everything that was happening. After surgery everything felt good i wasn't in a lot of pain. For post-op and taking out stitches was very easy got in the waiting room got called back immediately and seen Dr.Tallarico i'm happy with the choice of webster orthopedics.
A sad series of events led to my complete tear of my right hamstrings. After a successful surgery, the therapist and aides helped me regain my strength and balance to about 90% of what I could do before. The rest is up to me, but 5K runs should be doable in a couple of months and 10K runs in a few more months after that. Black diamond ski trails definitely in 2020-2021. This 64 year old owes a lot to the competence and professionalism of the staff Webster Orthopedics to get me back on my feet and walking the hills of San Francisco again faster than I expected.

My name is Lance Lesueur, and I am from Klamath Falls, OR., and if Doc Hasan was a rock star I would follow him as the “Dead Headers” followed the “Grateful Dead” throughout their career. Doc Hasan came to Klamath Falls for a short time to replace my previous orthopedic doctor Dr Wenner, who retired. Talk about big shoes to fill! Doc Wenner was not only a great surgeon but a person who really cared about our great community. Doc Wenner told me his replacement was going to be Dr. Hasan who was a fellow at the University of Washington and was top notch. When it came time to meet Doc Hasan in person, he walked into the exam room and I instantly liked him as confidence oozed from his pores and his aura told me he knew what he was doing. Wow. We started the process of him examining my back, and discussing treatment options. However, before we could co anything he decided to leave our community for the Bay Area of California. There was no way I was going to lose this doc, so I followed him to your clinic. We had our first meeting so that my wife could meet him because she just couldn’t understand why there were doctors an hour away and I wanted to travel 6 hours so that he could be the one to fix my back. My wife also has great guts and has never been wrong in sizing up people. He walked into the exam room and within minutes he won her over. YAY! After a pre op visit it was time for the surgery on November 4th at San Ramon Regional Medical Center, which was number one in every category but that is another Google Review. He went in from below my belly button, pulled my guts aside and put in two new discs between L-4=L-5 and L-5=S-1. I recovered for 4 days and he then fused my back using a relatively new technique of placing the screws on top of my skin and drilling through the muscle which was less invasive as it didn’t require the cut through the muscles on to get at the spine. All this was done in 6 nights at the hospital and then a 6 hour drive back to Klamath Falls a day later, which went remarkably well with less pain than expected. This is when I think he did his best work. He paid attention and was there to give advice from 300 miles away. Having my spine lifted so the nerves were not crushed was an amazing healing process, which was not bad except one night which was just painful as the freed up nerves were really ticked off. However the next morning I was good and I had livable pain the entire recovery process. Of course I was concerned and called him and a few hours later he called with the needed advice. Basically, the great news is that I can now feel my left foot without numbness or pain for the first time in 20 years. When I came back for our 6 week and 3 month checkup it was like coming home for Christmas. His nurse Kamaya meets you with the greatest smile and competence which all the staff have, and then the door opens and in walks one of the most competent smiles and auras in the world and all is good. Well I don’t think I want to give up on my groupie Dead Head Status for this man but I do need to add the fact that he walks on water according to this old Jar Head. I always consult Yelp and usually find it invaluable. This was not one of those times. After reading the reviews for WO, I was not looking forward to my appointment. WO sent me many text reminders for my appointment as well as a web-based tool to document my medical history, etc (as opposed to the usual first appointment sheets of paper) and I started but did not finish filling them out. They suggested I get there 15 minutes early to make sure everything was in order...I didn't do that. They also suggested that I bring my MRI on a disk. Amazingly, I did do that. You can tell that I'm not an ideal patient so far. I came in about 3 minutes before my appointment time. The person at the desk was pleasant and thankfully non-judgy about my inability to do two of the three things they asked of me beforehand. She gave me an iPad and I sat and finished the forms and drank fairly delicious coffee that they provide in the waiting room. I noticed a screen behind the desk giving the wait times for the various doctors. At 8:30 AM (they open at 8), all were on time in spite of people like me. Upon finishing my "paperwork" (painless but I was a bit irked about having to enter credit card info), I was called in. I gave my MRI disk to the assistant. She asked if I had x-rays and I said no. She said that I'd need them and since I was a Workmen's Comp claim, no payment was expected from me as it is handled through the WC insurance. I was immediately taken in for the films. The tech was pleasant and efficient and I was pleased that I didn't have to strip down. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I took note that all of the employees I interacted with (and even ones I didn't) seemed happy and pleasant and seemed to really get along well with each other. I was then shown in to an exam room and Dr. Eric Stuffmann came in a minute later. He ran down my case verbally with me instantly and I was immediately pleased. I expected to get the blank look. He went over my x-rays and MRI with me and gave me an unhurried and thorough exam. He dictated notes into a Alexa-like device and then answered my 58 questions in great detail often referring back to the x-ray or MRI. I was there for a second opinion and didn't feel he was looking for "more work" from me nor did I feel he was agreeing with the first opinion out of rote. He was the pinnacle of professionalism and obviously extremely skilled. If you read his bio for his education and training, it's impressive and tailor made for my specific injury. All in all, this was the most positive experience I've had with a physician in decades. I reserve the right to come back and edit this review if I get charged for anything that I'm not expecting but short of that, I can't recommend Dr. Stuffmann highly enough.
The longest I've waited past my appointment time is 10 minutes (once). Most times I am called into an exam room early. All of the front counter staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. They are always smiling (genuinely) and do not make you feel rushed or like you're a burden to them. I have had two shoulder surgeries here (Dr. Eric Stuffman) and they are the best medical experience I've had,. Ever.
The physical therapists and interns at this center are 5 star!! Robb has a keen eye and expects active participation from his patients. The comradely amongst the staff creates a good vibe in this wellness center. Management needs to address the lack of physical therapist in this business. I was shocked at how difficult it was to get an appointment in the Oakland area. All centers were booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Two weeks post ACL/miniscus surgery was my first PT session. It was easier to get a surgery date then a physical therapy appointment. Management gets 1 star. 5 star staff and 3 star management. This gives the review a 4 star rating. Sincerely, WSC

I had a good e experience with Dr. Robert Lynn PT I had gone to Dr. Richard's orthopedic surgeon for pain in my left shoulder and the MRI disclosed adhesive capsulitis. Dr. Lynn used various muscle stimulation techniques and my range of motion has increased daily and I will go back. I'm 67 and try to stay active.
On yesterday, 10/7/2019, I put out a yelp on Webster Orthopedics, highlighting my amazing surgical team & experience. I feel that it is necessary to also uplift the PT team, at Webster Wellness Center Oakland. To start, I selected this group, after my first AND second knee replacement. After the first knee replacement, I wrote a detailed review on my last day and placed it in the box provided. After leaving, I had a feeling that it wasn't enough. I wanted more people to know about my excellent experience that I'd endured for each and every appointment. I wanted to tell all how I was greeted with smiles upon entry, and how I was always motivated to not give up during each session, even if I wasn't up to it on that day or at that time. Robert Lin was the physical therapist that I worked with the most, however, if he was out, or booked, then I'd work with any, without disappointment. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the therapists; I've never felt slighted. I can honestly say that each of them maintained a pleasant, yet professional, down to earth personality. I noticed that they work as a close-knit family. This only made me feel more comfortable. During healing, what more could I ask for? I feel that one should be in touch with their mental as well as the physical during this vulnerable time. Body changes & healing pain in general, can be a lot to deal with. Webster Wellness Center Oakland is the right setting & has the right structure for such, as the views are amazing and the staff lifts you up continuously. The individuals that make up this place are patient oriented indeed, and will continue to do what they need to, in order to strengthen you, and bring you back to wellness. I will totally do a commercial for them if I could. I recommend this group again & again for physical therapy! Thank you guys for everything!
I had a left ankle surgery with Dr. Talarico April 26, 2019. I received all the appropriate pre-post care from his clinic and many thanks to the coordinator Argentina for making sure everything went by smooth. Dr. Talarico is very knowledgeable and explain all the process and procedure in detail. After my surgery my pain was controlled, and I did not need medication after a week. The staff from the clinic followed up with a phone call to check how I was doing which made me feel cared for. I would recommend Dr. Talarico and his staff as your primary podiatry surgeon. I would like to thank Dr. Ross Talarico for his care and getting me back on my feet.
All the staff are efficient and cheerful. The first doctor I was there awhile back has alas retired but I went again for a new thing and Dr. Roth was straight up honest about the fact that I'm basically just getting old and can only try to keep it from getting worse. He didn't recommend the surgery that I didn't really want anyway. And yes, I'll be good and go to PT and all that. But I also unexpectedly got a cortisone shot from Ebony, and she is really good at doing it - and I've had injections that were not done so well in the past so I appreciated it.
Love/hate relationship. Beware of incurring ANY credit card purchases. When it was refund time, told it takes 8 weeks to reverse a $900 charge. Ridiculous. But love Dr Roth, Tinsley, Maurice and their care. Go for the doctors. Beware the billing. After unanswered phone calls and a letter, I did get a call back and my money was refunded 2 weeks later. Hope they fix the billing process because there is not a better doctor anywhere than Dr Roth. Caring, compassionate, conservative, and fabulous results.
I just came back from seeing Dr. Peatman for a consult about my arthritic knee. Wait time was minimal. Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Dr. Peatman looked at my exrays and gave me several options, which he explained carefully and helped me make a decision without pressuring me. Highly recommend!
So far they have taken care of a broken elbow and broken wrist. The wrist required surgery to install a plate. Now going to specialized hand therapy. Did I mention they are also treating me for arthritis in my knees. Very happy with the care by doctors, physician assistants, and other crew. Always greeting graciously and treated well through visits which have included X-rays. Big benefit to have X-rays available on site. The Wellness Center provides a range of therapies. Down side is it can be difficult to get on the schedule.

Dr. Thomas Peatman has performed arthroscopic surgery on both my right and left hips. The left hip was due to an injury, and the right hip was to fix a minor case of dysplasia. Operations are never fun, but he ensured that both times were smooth and pleasant experiences. He is very caring and professional, along with his assistant Brian. If you must have orthopedic surgery, I highly recommend him!
Don't be dismayed by the wait time. Dr. Tseng is an excellent spine surgeon. He was thorough and provided information that was necessary before I agreed to back surgery. My recovery was easy and now I can walk around Lake Merritt without pain or having to stop.
The folks at Webster wellness have been great. Recovery from shoulder surgery is NOT easy. Working with Rob, Matt and Jo I am making steady progress. The are very encouraging and professional. Ice and electric stimulation after physical therapy is, sadly, one of the best parts of my day.
Dr. Talarico is pretty darn good and I'd go to him again, in fact, I'd request him. The negative review he received was understandable BUT it was about bedside manner, not his skill, and he is indeed very skilled, he performed my foot surgery and I'm happy thus far... During my first visit, he DID seem rushed and it was clearly a busy day but I was satisfied overall. My surgery date fit my asap timeline and it went very well (displaced fracture/5mm/5th metatarsal/some bone fragments). My healing is going great. I saw him again for my cast and he was friendly, patient, and didn't seem rushed at all - the clinic was less busy too, clearly relative. He suggested swimming to me as well but that was to be during recovery. I'm a 46-year-old female - I run, dance, and skateboard often - he assured me I'll be doing all of those things once healed which will be a 12-week process. Now, about the clinic... The first visit took a long time and the place was packed - chop shop packed. The second visit (mentioned above) was easy and fast and not as crowded. They were great with my insurance and I am satisfied. Life experience has taught me that normal variables make a difference in service so I'm more patient than most but I'm also fairly smart, particular, and shrewd. In summary, I would do this all again but let's hope I never have to.

I rehabed my left thumb with Liz, and she was AMAZING! The site and staff were awesome, super friendly and accessible. Liz worked hard to help me recover from surgery, and I saw positive results week after week. She was easy going, friendly and approachable. She worked hard to keep me moving toward the goal of optimal health and mobility. I also found it easy to schedule ample times that fit my busy work schedule, and the automated reminder calls were super helpful. I highly recommend Webster Wellness Center for all your rehab needs!

My husband had a accident mountain biking, I called them around 8 am the next day and got an appointment within an hour, and surgery in only a couple of days after learning that he needed surgery. I'm 67 and my hand is collapsing. I can't open a jar or hold on to anything heavy. I went to Dr. Richards at Webster Orthopedic looking for hope. Though the wait was long due to flu season among the Webster staff, they were all very sweet and patient with those of us who lacked that trait. The doctors assistant showed me into a room, took the necessary data and off I went to Ex Ray, of both hands! They were great. It didn't take long to meet the charming Dr. Richards. He spent at least 15 minutes with me explaining (essentially that I was old though in a very nice way) I had arthritis in both hands and the only treatment was protheses to relieve pain or surgery causing a great deal of pain and a year of recovery (not). So this is a very positive review, right? Not quite. Dr. Richards said I could purchase a prothesis from his office for $20. I'm familiar with the prothesis they use as a result of my own research prior to my appointment. The one his office promotes costs $35 on the internet. So I agreed to take one. My bill for the protheses was $270. My cost after my insurance coverage paid their share was $166. I was stunned to say the least. I went back to the office immediately and spoke to Dr. Richard's nurse. She said she would discuss it with Dr. Richards and get back to me. I received a revised invoice showing $5 due and was happy. Three weeks later I received another revised invoice for $188. I called the office and was told to disregard; they would get back to me. They did with a dunning notice for $188. Though I have high regard for the medical services provided by this doctor and practice, I strongly advise against agreeing to purchase anything directly from them without researching competitive costs on your own.
I had back surgery with Dr. Michael Tseng. The only thing I regret is not doing this earlier. I was in excruciating pain for six months. Dr. Tseng advised first more conservative approached like physical therapy. When that didn't work, he talked to me about surgery. He was matter of fact and non-pushy at all. I went for surgery at 12 PM, and I was walking out at 5 PM. I went back to exercise, and I feel great. Thanks, Dr. Tseng, you gave me my life back. Isabel Zaror

Staff is always courteous and friendly . You get assisted in a timely and efficient manner . I've had a dozen or so Mris at different places through past several years . TODAYS EXPERIENCE was by far the best . Their radiologist Mark was very helpful , assisted me quickly and made the entire process seamless and comfortable .
Doctors and staff are very professional. It's nice to find doctors that know what they are doing! I would recommend to any of my friends or family. The only bad thing is the parking garage, it can get a bit pricey.
I am midway through a complicated wrist surgery and recuperation and could not be happier with my experience thus far. I am seeing Dr. Richards and his staff from the front desk to the physicians assistant have been thoughtful and professional and sincerely care about my physical and mental well-being. Accidents and managing medical care can be a stressful enough situation so it is wonderful to find a group of people dedicated to making that ordeal as easy to process as possible. As for quality of care, don't take my word for it. Do your homework and you will see that Dr. Richards and his partners are well respected and often referred to. I could not be happier and fully recommend this medical establishment.
I've visited this office several times, and have never had a significant wait. Today, I barely had time to sit down after checking in before they called me into an examination room, and the PA was in to see me within a minute. I've also had excellent care from Dr Roth and PA Lilles. Dr Roth performed surgery to install a metal plate on my broken clavicle, and did an excellent job. The aftercare and followup have been great as well.
I luckily discovered Dr. Stuffman for my broken wrist. The first thing he did was to replace the Mickey Mouse "cast" used by another doctor at a different local orthopedic group. Dr. Stuffman did the repair surgery at Eden Hospital. All went well. He is caring without any god persona. He is skilled and competent--which today, cannot be said about many with medical degrees. For example, Stanford University cranks out MD's from their "special program." We know of one who went to elementary school with family, who scored 20% on her MCATs and D's in organic chemistry. BUT....she fills a quota and Stanford gets gov $$$ to push her through. I wouldn't let her remove a splinter from my dog's ass. Sadly, this forces people like us to research and seek qualified professionals like Dr. Stuffman.

I was lucky enough to be Dr. Salypongse's patient!! He did my hip replacement in December of 2015 and knee surgery in March 2016. He is a miracle worker!!! My hip was so bad that the hip socket had disintegrated and the bone was popping out when I would walk. I was in so much pain and so depressed and I didn't feel that I would ever be normal again or be able to walk normal!! I was so scared to have the surgery, but the doctor and his amazing staff made me feel very comfortable and safe!! I was up and walking four hours after my surgery and now I have absolutely NO pain in my hip at all!!! It is truly a miracle and I was so happy to be a part of his clientele! He is truly a big bright shining star and he has the most wonderful bedside manner!!! He never rushes you out of the office, answers all of your questions and makes you feel like a person, and he is there to help you get your life back!! He was just as wonderful when I had my knee surgery, but because of the extreme injury that I obtained, it wasn't as much of a homerun like the hip surgery. I completely trust his advice and opinion and would recommend him with the highest regard to any patient that needs orthopedic help!!! Doctor Richards knows his stuff. Going into the first surgery of my life, his caring and extreme confidence completely eased my worrying. The surgery went perfectly and Dr. Richards monitored my healing process closely, always helping me understand what was happening and what to expect next. I feel very lucky that I got him to put my elbow back together.
I highly recommend Dr. Roth. He performed my shoulder surgery in May 2016 - open biceps tenodesis and three other arthroscopic procedure, including debridement and rotator cuff repair. He and his staff are amazing. They are very personable and really listen to your concerns and goals for recovery. Dr. Roth and his PA Shawn were great to deal with and his assistant Sabrina is one-of-a-kind. She was so helpful in getting my disability started and getting me any form I needed lightning fast. I was also very pleased with his surgical staff at Pleasanton surgery center. They provided very personal care that was top notch - they even put on music with my personal music preference to calm my nerves before surgery. I have made an excellent recovery so much faster than anticipated. I would trust Dr. Roth and his staff for any of my orthopedic needs.
I went in for an MRI today, I was impressed by the quality of service. Normally I shy away from medical groups but the experience at Webster orthopedics in Dublin blew my mind. Scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake Karissa Cassina will work with you, she's awesome. Parking was easy. Front staff uber courteous. When it comes to the MRI, Doug Kloppenburg is your tech. He's mindful of ones pain, kind friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in need of an MRI this is the place to go.
I really appreciate the prompt and effective response from the site manager Carol at the Dublin office. She took a proactive approach to this situation. Typically they fit the patient for the Polar Care harness at the pre-op appointment but no decision was made by the patient (my son) at that time to get the device. It is not typical that someone else comes back later to get the device. So I understand what happened and I really appreciate their concern for the unusual situation. I am impressed that this was quickly addressed to achieve a successful outcome. Thank you. Good job Carol and your staff!

Dr stuffman did surgery on my wrist for a break from a fall and Patricia was my hand therapist for 6 months - I really appreciated the whole office for their on time appointments - I never waited to see them. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. The lobby has coffee and tea and a tv and lots of chairs. It's a busy office but well managed, and pleasant. Thanks Webster!
Dr Salyapongse is a class above the rest!!! My husband had a hip replacement done by Dr Salyapongse and it went so smoothly. Before the surgery, the doctor and his staff made sure we knew exactly what to expect and there were NO surprises. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!
I've been very happy with Dr. Viess and his assistant Morgan. I cannot tell you how valuable Morgan is! She takes care of approvals and insurance and always promptly returns calls--it's almost unheard of these days. The record keeper Melanie in Walnut Creek is also super--she's very proactive in sending records! Oh yeah, Dr. Viess is no slouch, either :)

So I had to wait until my second hip surgery was performed to write my comments.. If you know me personally you know that I am the worlds biggest skeptic. I never was one to trust what I read, hear , or told unless I personally experienced it for myself. First to start off with the girls that greet the patients at the front desk...AWESOME! Very professional and sweet. The office caters to their patients. The chairs are high for patients who just had knee, hip, or any other orthopedic surgery. Now the MA's are fantastic also.. Thanks Matt. Now the surgeon Dr.Aaron Salyapongse he is a God sent. Very professional and good at what he does. I have debilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis and has been dealing with painful flares-ups for two years and the alternative option was hip surgery since the biologics stop working. I was at a point in my life that I was wiling to try anything. I was very blessed to have Dr. Salyapongse be the surgeon to perform the anterior total hip replacements for both hips. The Left in October 2014 and the right in January 2015. Now I am bionic and good in regards to my hips. Recovery was just a few days until my RA decided to move into different joints...( another story). I just can not let another day go by without expressing how ecstatic and satisfied with my decision to pursue the surgery with Webster Orthopedics and Dr. Salyapongse. HE IS ONE OF THE FEW PHYSICIANS THAT HAVE A BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Also most importantly he is blessed with his talent of operating. He immediately came a saw all his patients after surgery in the hospital and made sure we where attended to and that all are request were met and made sure we were not in pain post operative. I can not fail to mention his right had "Gal" Robin Mercer his Physician Assistant. I know that she is very skilled and loves working with Dr.Salyapongse to provide the best care to her patients. I highly recommend this practice for your orthopedic needs and if you need joint replacement for hip or knees... Dr. Salyapongse is your guy... Trust me. His assistant is awesome also.... KIM YOU ARE ON TOP OF YOUR GAME !!! They also have movies playing on their tv and suckers for you if you want and also tea and coffe!!! The little things make a big impact
This is an extremely efficient office. Webster is one great place--very pleasant, very efficient. My surgeon, Dr Schwarz, is obviously an expert in his field, and was very helpful in explaining the fracture, and how he could fix it. I felt extra confident that i am in excellent hands. The PA, Josef Meier, was similarly very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be outdone, the surgery coordinator, "Christy," also was very pleasant and efficient in setting up my surgery--the very next day after I saw them! You can't do any better than that! See the surgeon one day, arm fixed the next! Yea! I am very pleased with their medical knowledge. If you have to break an arm, be sure to do it near Webster! I would write more, but I have to get ready for the surgery tomorrow. Surgery update: the surgery went incredibly smooth. For a few days my arm was pretty swollen, but that was expected. Then I went into physical therapy. I worked with a hand specialist, Debbie, asssted by Eric. I have made very great progress. My range of motion is much improved just after a few physical therapy sessions. At my very first physical therapy appointment, the staff was having a potluck, which they invited me to. The squash casserole was excellent! I did not know that my insurance copay included free casseroles and free potluck lunches, but I was very grateful to discover this. Honestly, it's hard to say enough good things about Webster. I won't say that I was happy that I broke my arm. But it wasn't too bad after all. And I'm still thinking about that squash casserole.
I've been seeing Dr. Sproul for some time. I am trying to get weight off in order to be better able to have knee surgery. He always takes time with me to address my problems. I have seen him for both knees. my back, hip and shoulder. I think he is totally amazing and his staff is awesome. Monica will always help with what you need.
Just been to Webster Orthopedics in Dublin, AMAZING. From the second I walked in the door till I left and feeling very happy with the service from all. The front desk girls were so helpful, the nurse and Doctor were so kind and explained everything to me. I was treated within 20 min. I am a happy girl after being there. I would recommend going here 100%. One more thing, they have amazing coffee :-)
I just visited Webster Orthopedic in Dublin this morning due to excruciating knee pain I was having the night before. I even fell down the floor of my bedroom when I got up due to the pain. We called Webster Ortho to make an emergency appointment , but my regular doctor, Dr. Salyapongse is off until next week . I told the receptionist that I can take any of their doctor available. Luckily, P.A of Dr. Salyapongse was able to squeeze me to her busy schedule.it was so nice of her and all the staff in the office. I got a relief after the steroid shot, and they have to schedule my surgery because it is long overdue. My right knee is bone to bone and Dr. Salyapongse told me before that I am a candidate for knee surgery. I like to give a special commendation to Robin Fuessenich for doing an exceptional job, so with the rest of the staff who have excellent customer service, from the caring receptionist, Kim, the surgery Scheduler and everyone in the office. I had back surgery at Webster Orthopedics with Dr. Vikram Talwar which was a great success. His staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My recovery has been very good. I would highly recommend using Dr. Talwar and I know I will be in the future.
I saw Dr. Salyapongse today for an injection in my hip. He did the best injection ever. I didn't even feel it. I was a little nervous, but he made me feel assured I wouldn't feel a thing. He was correct.! I had a great experience. Dr. Salyapongse is the best!
Dr Vikram Talwar at Webster Orthopedics He is awesome, specializes in backs, so although he is with Webster each Doctor has their own specialty. Dr Talwar had to do a fusion on my 21 yr old son after he developed fractures in his low back playing soccer. Dr Talwar did the fusion in May of 2012 and this fall he is back playing college soccer. He also did a 2 level neck fusion on me in June and the pain was almost immediately relieved. I only stayed in the hospital overnight. Awesome doctor and his PA Jennifer is great too.
Excellent experience at Webster Orthopedics. I injured my shoulder over the weekend and the pain is so terrible I decided to see a specialist vs. regular doctor. I was skeptical based on some of the yelp reviews. They fit me in the same day and I found the staff to be very friendly. I met with Dr. Schwartz who is friendly but very focused. He does not seem to be the type that will spend the first few minutes chatting it up about personal matters which in this case was fine with me. I was worried about timing when he ordered xrays but they do them right on the spot and then within 5-10 min you are back with the doctor. Amazing! Kudos to the front desk and the xray technician. Quite possibly the friendliest staff I have encountered in the East Bay. Here is my advice - if you are worried about time just ask the front desk how long the wait will be. They will tell you if the doctor is running behind. My wait was not very long but I did ask when I checked in.
End of Feb. 2013 did a number on my left ankle and foot. Had x-rays and yes problem. referred to Webster. Dr. Tang saw me incredible in his medical advice. Boot--24 hrs etc. see him in two weeks. Well a week later not watching what I was doing in boot fell and broke my right wrist! Called Webster--they had me come in--I drove-- Dr. Tang was over whelmed with patients---but they got me x-rayed--and yes I did do the break and a bad one---Dr. Tang talked about the options and we determined surgery the best---he scheduled it that night---after he three other surgeries that afternoon---at 11:15 pm he was in the recovery room with me---such care! My wrist is fantastic---am very grateful--the care and concern for me was outstanding! My lucky day was to meet Dr. Tang. Sharon K. Miller

Beautiful sitting area, great rooms, very relaxing and awesome place to come to (just wish the reason I was there wasn't for such a serious injury... boo to that...), now if we can only convince Webster Ortho himself (Or herself? Is Webster a she? Hmmmm....) to re-do the San Ramon office....
I had a work related injury and was referred to Webster Orthopedics for carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Schwartz and his staff were very professional and my surgery was very quick and hassle free. When it came time for 6-weeks of physical therapy, Webster has the best staff in the area! Patricia was extremely helpful, careful and sensitive with the therapy she provided. I'm healing quickly, and I can guarantee it's because of her knowledge and expertise. Patricia's colleague Hannah is fantastic and very personable. Together, this team is a win for Webster and I feel fortunate to have had a great experience all around. Very, highly recommended!
I currently go to the San Ramon office. Dr Schwartz and his staff are amazing. They take the time to listen and do not rush you! Im very glad that I was sent to his office as I have had other offices not listen to how I felt about things. The surgery center here in pleasanton was wonderful also. Very kind and patient
Recent surgery for a hip replacement was done by Dr. Salyapongse. Remarkably competent with an excellent bedside manner. His method has me walking with minimal assistance in 1 week. The office staff is always friendly.
Dr Demorest was very nice to see me as an adult, she usually see just kids. She recommended an x-ray, said it looked OK and that I needed Physical therapy. My hip/groin sprain (from tennis) is healing nicely but slowly and is now much improved. She is a great person to see if you have an injury and need to find out what the problem is, and she does not do surgeries(I believe). So I felt like I received a very competent exam and great care.
My mom needed her second knee replaced. After a horrible experience with another doctor and hospital, we had her switch to Dr Donnelly. He is a caring, patient, and wonderful doctor. The experience has been 100% different this time. He actually took interest in her recovery and takes the time to spend with my mom and all our questions I would definitly recommend Dr. Donnelly.
I'm a big fan of the entire Webster Orthopedic Group!! Everyone that works there is completely involved and cares about making you better. Dr. Talwar will fight for you in order to get you the treatment you need. His PA, Jennifer is just as amazing and truly cares about patients. Giselle is always happy and tends to matters in a timely manner. On the physical therapy side of the house, Julie is a wonderful therapist and knows what she's doing. I can't speak highly enough about this group. The only downside, is that you can spend a lot of time in the waiting room for your doctor appointment. Emergencies and surgeries seem to come up a lot and you have to wait.
Dr. Salyapongse performed a total hip replacement on me. He is probabaly one of the top orthopedic surgeons specializing in hip and knee replacement in the Country. Due to circumstances he choose to use the posterior approach. The surgery was performed on April 15th. I was discharged on April 17th and walked a1/4 mile on the 18th unassisted (without walker); my first full day at home. One week after the surgery I walked 1 1/2 miles. I would like to add I live on the second floor. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Salyapongse and his staff; Robin (PA-C), Alyssa and Juanita. They were all very attentive and responsive to my needs. Dr. Salyapongses operating team is definitely an A Team. He surrounds himself with individuals top in their field. The Dr. in charge of anaestesia is one of the best in the Bay. The Dr. doing follow up in recovery is triple board certified. By surrounding himself by the best, he increases his odds of a good and positive outcome. Thank you Dr. Salyapongse, I know you have a lot of people supporting but without you driving the procedure it may not have been as positive. He is truly a very gifted surgeon. Patricia, Sarah and Debbie have been awesome... they all make me feel very special, as though I was their only physical therapy patient. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. The ladies at the front desk are terrific as they are very friendly and greet everyone as they come into the office. Thank you Jesus for bringing them all into my life.
I had carpal tunnel surgery and was referred to the therapy group in Dublin. I can't say enough about Patricia and her assistant Hanna they are a fabulous team! They have really helped me during this difficult time. The duo have went beyond the call of duty. Very professional and very caring, I feel special and cared for during my visits. I had a ski accident and tore my ACL ligament. A friend of mine, whose wife had the same surgery, recommended me to come to this office to see Joseph R. Donnelly... and I'm very glad I did. The office is very clean and new. Joseph R. Donnelly and Lauren Adler are very professorial in what they do. To me they are the best ! They made me feel very safe and confident that everything will be good and I will be able to go back to my normal life very soon. Joseph R. Donnelly took the time to explain everything that needs to be done, answered every question and concern I had. Lauren was able to set me up with MRI on the same first visit. Before the surgery I was able to walk around in a cast that actually was delivered to my house by one of office representatives. Lauren was great on answering all of my questions and assisting me on the phone before and after the surgery. My Surgery went really well and my knee is healing great :-) I get comments at PT place that my scars are really small comparing to others :-) After the surgery DR. Donnelly gave me a video and pictures of the surgery, explained everything and insured that all went well. I felt like I was a part of a sport team and I was one of the athletes :-) It has been 4 weeks now after surgery and I can walk again ! Thank you so much Dr Donnelly and Lauren for all your great help !
We have had a good experiences with both the Webster Orthopedics offices we have visited, but have had an EXCELLENT experience with the Dublin office. We were referred by our pediatrician for my daughters hand issues, when we arrived I was ready to be there all morning- to my surprise we were in and out in under an hour! Unheard of! Within that hour we saw Dr. Schwartz, were sent for x-rays (in office), met with the Dr. Schwartz again to read the x-rays, sent to the casting room where the ortho tec Victor was not only compliant, but kind and gentle with a very hurting hand. I am amazed every time we enter that office with their efficiency. From the staff at the front desk, to the tec who walks you to the dr's office, to the Dr. himself (Dr. Schwartz is the best!!!!), back to the tec, to the x ray tecs (also very compliant and efficient), to back to the Dr., then off to Victor the ortho tec, and finally to Conner at the back desk to set up out next appointment (a very nice gent I might add). To think of all the hands that we pass through while in the office and still they maintain an efficiency and personal touch of a small clinic. Overall it was it was a wonderful experience- and although I hope to never have to see them again (who wants another broken bone) I am confidant if we do have to, Webster Orthopedics will be our first choice.
The Docs abd staff at Webster's are FABULOUS! Dr Veiss took care of BOTH of my kid's broken arms. He is caring and very sweet with the kids, and very competent and communicative. When my son broke his arm I went straight to my pediatrician and they had us into X-Ray at Webster's within a 1/2 hour! My children's pediatrician called me the the first business day after the accident to make sure my child was OK. Webster had made sure she got the X-Rays and was aware of what was going on! I cannot say enough about these guys, they are great. Thank you Webster Orthopedic- you guys are the best. p.s. The XRay tech Michael I think, was adorable with both my son and daughter, just so kind and sweet and playful.

I am writing this review on behalf of Dr Salypongseand his staff. Dr. Salypongse performed knee replacement surgery on my left knee on August 30, 2010. I was in the hospital for four days and then home to physical therapy and eventually as an out patient. Within 4 weeks I was walking up to a mile using crutches only as a safety measure and within 6 weeks I was walking up to two miles using a cane for stability. In addition I was working out on the eliptical maching for 30 minutes and doing mile leg presses. I have several friends who have had this surgery and had real problems, sometimes resulting in a need for a second replacement surgerey. I have only the highest praise for Doctor Salypongse and his staff. As a surgeon Dr. Salypongse is absolutely first rate from initial consultation through the surgery and recovery and with follow up examinations. The staff must be included and I can't remember all the names but Katie made the arrangement with the insurance company and there were no surprises. Jamie, Physicians Assistant showed professionism and care, particularly when follow upp visits were made necessary due to an automobile accident in January. My recommendations are the highest for Dr. salypongse and his staff.
Webster Orthopedics is very high tech and the staff is amazing. Dr. Donnelly and his nurse Gail are great. He has treated two of my injuries. Last week they had me in and out of there in one hour and I had an exam, x-ray, evaluation AND a cortisone shot. AMAZING!
