Amanda Jensen

Amanda Jensen is a board-certified physician assistant who works with Dr Sandeep Gidvani in the Capitola and Los Gatos clinics, focusing on spine health. Together, they identify and address spine-related issues, aiming to alleviate discomfort, enhance functionality, and enable patients to resume their daily routines and cherished pastimes. Amanda worked for several years as a physical therapist aide and medical scribe before obtaining her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA.

Amanda values collaboration, practicing evidence-based medicine, and building a strong and trusting relationship with her patients. She is committed to assisting patients achieve optimal health and improve their quality of life by engaging in open communication, delivering personalized care, and empowering patients through education, enabling them to take an active role in their healthcare.

A Bay Area native, Amanda enjoys reading, hiking, mountain biking, and playing with her dog Bentley.
