ABOUT

Haley Kirkpatrick

Haley works with Dr. Leo Calafi in general orthopedic trauma. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in addition to her FNP/PA from the University of California, Davis and DNP from the University of San Francisco. In addition to emergency room experience, Haley has practiced in community health for 20 years, working with diverse and underserved populations. “I was always interested in a career that challenges me and allows for community service.”

Haley believes listening to patients is a vital tool to optimally address their concerns, and respects their autonomy in making medical decisions. She offers treatment options, resources, and tools to support patients’ decisions for care. She also seeks to engage caregivers and patient support systems to promote recovery and healing.

A working mom, Haley values time with her family, enjoying the outdoor California lifestyle, including cycling, hiking, paddle boarding, cross country skiing and running.
