ABOUT
Kayla Traini
Kayla Traini is an experienced physician assistant specializing in hip, knee, and total joint care, including both primary and revision joint replacement surgeries. She works closely with Dr. Alex Bradley to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with hip and knee conditions.
With five years of clinical experience, Kayla performs detailed history and physical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, and guides patients toward efficient and accurate diagnoses. In the clinic, she provides a wide range of in-office procedures, including intra-articular knee injections and aspirations, bursal injections, and post-operative wound care. Her goal is to ensure that every patient receives timely, effective, and personalized care.
Kayla’s patient-care philosophy is rooted in compassion and respect. She strives to treat every patient as she would her own family, believing that this mindset leads to the most thorough, thoughtful, and high-quality care. She is committed to helping patients regain their mobility, restore their quality of life, and return to the activities they love as quickly and safely as possible.
Inspired by her mother’s work in healthcare and shaped by her lifelong involvement in athletics, Kayla developed a deep appreciation for the musculoskeletal system early on. Growing up in Ohio, she played collegiate basketball and experienced firsthand the importance of orthopedic care, fueling her desire to help others overcome injuries and movement-related challenges.
Outside of medicine, Kayla enjoys an active lifestyle, including weightlifting, Peloton cycling, and playing pickleball. She and her husband recently welcomed their first child in September 2025, a son who has quickly become their pride and joy. Being a mother is a role she cherishes deeply, and her family remains her greatest source of happiness and inspiration.
