Pass To Play: A Community Sports Physicals Event for Bay Area Youths helps make sports participation safe by offering students an economical sports physical examination performed by the orthopedists and sports medicine specialists at GSOS. Last year’s event drew student athletes from all over the East Bay Area who participate in a variety of sports. Athletes received sports physicals, medical advice and giveaways from select vendors, who are returning for this year’s Pass To Play.

“Golden State Orthopaedics Specialists is proud to be a leader in supporting our community’s sports programs,” said KC Campion, CEO at GSOS. “The Pass to Play event is a chance to bring the East Bay community area together and pass the fee for the physicals back to the schools.”

Medical information gathered during the Pass To Play examination will be forwarded to the student athletes’ primary care physicians.

GSOS offers Pass To Play in part because of their active involvement in local student athletics. Area high schools served by GSOS physicians include Bishop O’Dowd, California, De La Salle, Dougherty Valley, Heritage, Monte Vista, Northgate and San Ramon Valley.
