Redwood Building Now Open, What it Means for You
To continue keeping our patient needs priority number one, Muir Specialists opened a new 46,000 square foot facility in June 2015 near our original Walnut Creek location.
High-quality service with compassionate care for patients is our end goal. With this in mind, we’ve doubled our clinical space for patients, doctors and staff as well as refreshing our existing Sequoia Building so everyone benefits from newer and expanded facilities. This expansion helps keep our patients comfortable and happy throughout their treatment and recovery process.

Patients with sports medicine, upper extremity and foot, and ankle appointments will now see their physician or therapist in our new Redwood Building: 2625 Shadelands Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598.
This new facility allows us to expand our Sports Medicine Program, which is growing to meet the needs of active Bay Area residents. We will now have an Olympic weight room and reconditioning space for athletes of all levels, who can participate in either individual or group/team focused sessions.
Patients needing total joint replacement, spine, trauma, physical medicine (physiatry) and outpatient surgery will continue to be seen at our Sequoia Building: 2405 Shadelands Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598
Patients will experience improved appointment times and waiting room space. This location will also receive a full renovation, with final construction expected to be completed by March 2016.
