FRANCHESCA JENSEN FNP-C

“I believe in providing patients with education to live a healthy lifestyle, as well as providing them with exceptional clinical care. I like to work closely with patients to set physical goals which will result in the best quality of life possible for each patient. I focus on educating them about the pathology of neck, hip, shoulder and knee injuries to achieve pain management. I also talk with them about fitness and nutrition as a part of orthopedic health.”

Franchesca is a Nurse practitioner who works with Dr Michael Chang.  Franchesca is experienced in joint care and joint interventional procedures. Her work entails giving ultra-sound guided joint injections as well as nerve blocks and nerve decompression procedures.

Franchesca is from a large close-knit family who enjoy their leisure time together. She is also a 6-times marathoner, snow-boarder and weight lifter.

Her favorite charity is World Vision for Children, for whom she is a monthly sponsor for children in disadvantaged countries including Africa and the Philippines.

Franchesca is a proud member of The Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society.
