About Dr Blue

I believe there is an athlete in all of us. An athlete waiting to come out and show themself to the world. An athlete that is going to take control of their health and make themself better by doing the right things. An athlete who would rather eat the right foods than take drugs. An athlete that is not satisfied with where they currently are and knows they can show-up better and healthier. I call that voice inside you that knows you can do better “The Athlete in You.” Listen to it and let it motivate you.

Whether you are a professional, amateur, or recreational athlete or just someone who knows they can be better but needs to be shown the way, we can help. Since 1998, I have been practicing family medicine and sports medicine in Silicon Valley and have helped thousands of people over the years achieve their best health. By combining the disciplines of sports medicine – exercise, nutrition, medication, and thinking right, I can help you take control of your medical problems and be healthier than you have ever been.

Previously I worked as a physician for Cirque du Soleil, San Jose Earthquakes, San Francisco Giants, Santa Clara University, and the University of San Francisco.

When I am not practicing medicine, I am usually out playing sports and enjoy running and biking, working out, and playing golf. And of course, I enjoy spending time with my family.
